I could not log into the windows despite using my password. I even cleared the password from the CMOS Jumper, still asking me for log in password. I have checked the server it is ok. I request a repair and will provide my desktop IP address for remote session to your support engineer. All I want is my access back into the windows of my Softswitch. Thank you.
