I have booked a car for 2 days through voler and done payment in september end. On the date of travel, which is on 22nd oct - one of the representative informed me that the car is not available during to some mechanical complaints. And the 100% refund will be done in 15 days. So, no service and harassment at last moment and fake promise of refund. I have contacted more than 10 times for refund. Every time, company representative push forward the refund date with excuse of technical issue. Now it's been.
