Hello,
I am Vivek AP and my Volar registration number is [protected]. I have raised a query more than 10-15 times about the amount to be refunded to me for the booking of an XUV car. The booking details are as follows
I booked XUV from 19 July to 23 July 2017 (Amount completely paid online)
I extended the booking till 25 July (Additional amount paid online)
I degraded the car from XUV to Scorpio as the car provided to me was in a very bad state. I requested another XUV car but due to unavailability you provided me with Scorpio stating that the differential amount will be refunded in 2-3 days after the booking ends
I had fill in extra fuel which was too agreed to be refunded
As stated earlier I have raised a query 10-15 times about the issue. And your customer care staff promised me they would initiate the amount in two days. 4 years passed and I am still to be refunded. I got a partial refund which I guess is for excess fuel and later I got an extra refund of 214 whose source I am not aware of.
I still have a refund of approx 4000 to be received.
I have no hope that you have the intention to solve this issue. But need you to know that you still owe me the amount. And want to let your other people looking for a rented car know that if they are looking into Volercars, there are high chances being in trouble.
Volercars customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    My refund with booking id:- dl-a-ecosport[protected] is pending from august 2019 and they are continuously fooling with server down and upgradation issue. Volercar is among the fraud companies operating in india which is fooling us with bookings and cancelling it then.

      I have booked a car for rental in jan 2020. Due to some issue from there end my car booking got cancelled and they have informed me i will get refund as they could not serve me. It’s been 5 months still i am not able to connect to them in call. They are jut sending an mail saying they will process process. Als they informed they have some technical issue in upi so they have asked my bank details. I shared my bank details also still they are just giving reasons they have some issue.

        Hi in reference to booking id 'dl-ad-figo[protected]', its been 6 months and i did not get my refund. Every time they say we have forwarded your request to refund/higher dept. I had words with 'saikat. [protected]@volercars.com', 'deepak. [protected]@volercars.com', 'tamaghno. [protected]@volercars.com'.

        I am chasing them and the refund amount is inr5, 500. We even cancelled our booking within stipulated time period, so as to get the refund. And the worst part is that there is no customer care number where we can reach them. They mentioned it over the site but its not working. I mean they are looting customers in broad daylight, wow. Please provide assistance asap

          My self raghu, from bangalore on 29th October i booked innova crysta in voler cars, booking id BLR-A-Innova-Crysta_AT[protected]. Paid 12k more amount on booking, they mentioned 5k u get refund after returning car back with fuel concussion with in 20 working days. Till completed more the 3 months they are not responding clear and no refund. Please do the needful. They are doing cheating on customer trust.

            I booked nov 04 19 08.00 pm blr-a-swift[protected] a car through volercars. I had did all the formalities 2 days before. They said they will verify the licence. They told me one hours before that your booking has been cancelled we cant verify your licence while i had booked so many times from same licence in zoomcar and myles. Irony is that from 2 days they had not notified they just said it before one hours. Then i come to know with my friends if they have shortage of the car and any one is paying more than you. They used to offer them and simply will said these things.

            Worst service ever and always makes fool to its user. They never show you out of stock they keep betting who will pay more till last moment. Even if you book before and lastly will cancel. Even they said we will refund in 10 days today it became 20th day not getting back my refund still waiting next if they not will move to consumer court.

            I had booked a car from voler cars.It was from 9 November 19 to 10 November 19.My booking was ended on 10 November 2019.But till now I haven't received any security refund i.e.2000.Can you help me to get this done.

              I have booked car in month of oct from bangalore to kalahasthi post booking of two days i have received a mail from voler stating my booking is cancelled as the vehicle has been damaged hence refund would be initiated in 15days but it have been 3 months still it has not been refunded and their customer care number is not working and i have not received any resolution kindly. Help to get my refund. Of 3000

                I had booked a car on 14 oct at delhi. Booking id: – dl-a-ecosport[protected].

                Sadly, even after almost 2 months, i am yet to receive the refund of the refundable deposit. Repeated calls to your customer care is not yielding any response since either there is no pickup or i am told that it is in process. It is indeed very sad and heart-breaking that a reputed company like yours is displaying such unethical business practices. If you have no intention of refunding the deposit then please let me know.

                I am unable to understand as to how your company is finding it difficult to refund such a small sum of money. And the excuse of glitch in payment gateway is at your end so i fail to understand as to why a customer should suffer for it. Would your company be so patient if it was the other way around?

                  I booked a car with voler for 31st october till 1st november.

                  They were not able to give me the car even after 7 hours of delay making excuses.

                  Then all of a sudden they canceled my booking.

                  Ideally, as per the voler policies, the refund gets credited in 10-15 working days.

                  Till today i have not received the same and all i am getting is a bundle of excuses every weak.

                  Even i shared my bank details as they said they will neft, but still its been 2 weeks and they have not.

                  Its a whole lot of mental torture and my time waste begging for my own money.

                    They are playing with people's money and time. I am waiting for a refund of rs.3672 since 2 months. I had a booking on 2nd of oct and volers cancelled my booking at 2nd oct 2:15am, they didn't even message me that the booking has been cancelled. They simply mailed me at 2:15am and they expect me to get up and read e-mail at 2:15am. My whole trip got cancelled. And till i have not got the refund amount. This # volers is a fraud rental company which is playing with people's time and money. They think people don't have better work to do. Volers customer support will not even pick up the. I have done hell lot follow up for this refund, they asked for neft details, i gave, but still they didn't do it, they simply makes false promises and they don't turn up. Please i request everyone not to book any of the cars in volers. Simply waste of time, money and energy. This is the worst company i have ever seen in my life.

                      Booked the car on 25th october. Got cancelled by the company on 28th october by sourajit chatterjee. Refund should be processed within 10 to 15 working days as per company policy. But still not credited. I have number of mails assuring the refund but no use they are just postponing the date. I also talked to the customer care representatives number of times and they are not responding seriously and also giving false promises. They are not even lifting my call when i call from my number.

                        I am lalit saini and i had booked a car from volercar rental services in month of october and august.

                        August: 15 aug -18 aug. Total amount paid: rs. 8944. Refund amount of rs. 250 for not dropping vehicle at my address.

                        October: 16 oct - 20 oct. Total amount paid: rs. 10480. Refund amount rs. 2390 for security.

                        Both the amount has not been refunded till date and the tat of 15 days have been breached. Upon tat i should be getting interest of 6% per day.

                        Tamakda mukharjee from kolkata had assured me one week before i. E. November 7, 2019 that i will be getting the refund by this weekend, but still the same has not been credited to my account.

                        Deepak gupta told me november 16, 2019 that due to some technical issue, the refund could not be processed.

                        On octoberber 31, 2019 i was on call with one of your executive for more than half an hour and i had asked him to transfer the call to his manager but the same was not done.
                        Today as well i requested the same but it wasn't done as per my request. Everytime i get a reply that they are busy or not available.

                        On november 30, 2019, tamakda told that i will get the refund my eod but the same was not processed.

                        Today i got a mail from them stating that the refund will be process on or before december 14, 2019.

                        Kindly help to teach such people lesson and get my money back.

                          This is regarding my booking id blr-ad-xuv[protected]. Though i had paid for delivery charges, since the driver was unavailable, i myself picked the car, at the start of the journey. When i returned, there were three additional fuel points worth rs 1400. But till date, no refund for the same, despite multiple calls and multiple requests raised in their booking website. Not sure, what else to do now.

                            Volercars accepted a booking, cancelled it voluntarily and have not returned the money yet.

                            The reason for cancellation given to me was that car wasnt available. The strange part was that the car was required almost 2 months later, so wonder what they meant when they said that car wasnt available. Its a scam to steal people's money.

                            They have my money for over a month now.

                              I had made a booking on 2nd oct and made payment of rs. 3628, but on the date of travel 7th oct the customer executive called and cancelled the booking and said the refund has been initiated and will take 10 to 15 days to process. I have tried to contact the customer support several times but they are not responding. I have not received the refund amount till date.

                                I booked a car from volercars on 24th september, 2019 for a day. Returned the car on time and in perfect condition as i got it.

                                My security amount which was 3000rs was to be refunded in 15 days. But it still hasnt been refunded . The day i am filing the complaint is 8th November 2019.

                                I habe gone through false promises that the money will be refunded every week. It is too frustrating for a customer to repeatedly believe their false promises. Hence filing the complaint.

                                  I had made a booking with volercars self drive pvt. Ltd at 3 oct 2019.
                                  The booking time is 3 oct 2019 (8 A.M.) to 3 Oct 2019 ( 8 P.M) and booking id is - DL-A-Swift[protected].
                                  They didn't give me car because of said that your documents not verified on our portal.
                                  That fine i am agree with his terms and conditions and they cancel my booking .
                                  According to their policies they send me my refund in 10 to 15 days and on 23 October 2019 their refunding policy time is over and they didn't refund me till now.
                                  When i am calling to their customer care their executive said that sir your refund processed but i didn't get and even they didn't
                                  allow to transfer the call to their senior.
                                  I am totally tired to calling them.
                                  Please help me to get my refund back.

                                    Sir my name is madhu, and my contact number is [protected]. Actually i had booked a car in september and but due to my illness i had to cancel my booking. After my cancellation on 19/09/2019 i started calling there customer service. First they said with in 7 days after that they said with in 15/10/2019 we will refund. But now when i called they are saying still they need one month time it seems by this i came to know they are cheating people so please put an end to this fraud company.

                                      I had booked a car, pick up at Kolkata, through the website of volercars, in the month of July, 2019. A day later I received a phone call from the company claiming that their Kolkata office has been shut down and consequently they will not be able to provide me with the service I have already been charged for.

                                      Note this: their services in Kolkata have shut down at this point, but they have kept booking open for the city on their website.

                                      It is nearing the end of September now, a full two months since the debacle. I have yet to receive the refund which I was initially promised would be processed within 15 days. The lies however did not end here. I have a chain of emails since then where vague promises have been made, which even in their vagueness has proved over time to be faulty. It is clearly evident from the mails that there is no genuine information forthcoming from the employees of the company. This is systemic hoarding of customer's money, with unashamed lies and false promises put down in writing with complete disregard for possible legal consequences.

                                        This booking has been cancelled by Voler and said that my booking amount will be refunded in 10-15 days. It is been more than 20 days and I'm following up with the Voler support through calls and emails.

                                        When I call Customer Care, they say that they will forward this request to the Concern team, but they never do and I have not received any call from that Team. I have asked them to schedule a call with the Escalation Manager 3 times and I never get call from them either.

                                        When I send emails, they responded 1st two emails, but after that they stopped responding at all.
