Yesterday i have booked a car from your mobile application for today for which i have selected the time 23rd of oct from eve 8 o clock to till 07:00 am 24th (Which was by default), but when i have done the payment against this booking the confirmation message received for mor 07:00 am to 13:00 pm, i was shocked as rs 3581 have been deducted from my account for an incorrect timings which was useless for me i tried your cc but unable to connect. Hence within 2-3 minutes i had canceled my booking and again i got shocked that 495 rs have been charged me for cancellation.
Just wanted to keep into your kind notice that my first experience is too bad with you guys now i do not want to wait for another 10 to 15 working days i want my money back with immediately including the charges of cancellation.
I hope i will get a quick and satisfactory resolution for my query so that i can refer else i will escalate this issue it consumer form or further department.
What policy i have cancelled this because there is no option to edit the timing on your service as i have booked it for 7 eve than why it was booked for 7 morning its is a fault of your service also i have canceled the booking within the duration of 5 minutes so why should i pay you cancellation charges.
