Volercars — don't give my refund

I had made a booking with volercars self drive pvt. Ltd at 3 oct 2019.
The booking time is 3 oct 2019 (8 A.M.) to 3 Oct 2019 ( 8 P.M) and booking id is - DL-A-Swift[protected].
They didn't give me car because of said that your documents not verified on our portal.
That fine i am agree with his terms and conditions and they cancel my booking .
According to their policies they send me my refund in 10 to 15 days and on 23 October 2019 their refunding policy time is over and they didn't refund me till now.
When i am calling to their customer care their executive said that sir your refund processed but i didn't get and even they didn't
allow to transfer the call to their senior.
I am totally tired to calling them.
Please help me to get my refund back.
