Sadly, even after almost 2 months, i am yet to receive the refund of the refundable deposit. Repeated calls to your customer care is not yielding any response since either there is no pickup or i am told that it is in process. It is indeed very sad and heart-breaking that a reputed company like yours is displaying such unethical business practices. If you have no intention of refunding the deposit then please let me know.
I am unable to understand as to how your company is finding it difficult to refund such a small sum of money. And the excuse of glitch in payment gateway is at your end so i fail to understand as to why a customer should suffer for it. Would your company be so patient if it was the other way around?
