Volercars — not giving back refund

I booked a car with voler for 31st october till 1st november.

They were not able to give me the car even after 7 hours of delay making excuses.

Then all of a sudden they canceled my booking.

Ideally, as per the voler policies, the refund gets credited in 10-15 working days.

Till today i have not received the same and all i am getting is a bundle of excuses every weak.

Even i shared my bank details as they said they will neft, but still its been 2 weeks and they have not.

Its a whole lot of mental torture and my time waste begging for my own money.
