I visited delhi from bangalore in aug. I booked a car two days in advance and paid in full over 7000 as advance. Car did not turn up at airport. When contacted they said, they dont have cars available. Then they promised for refund. Today is sept 9th. They have not refunded the amount yet even after two months. Their support team keeps promising new dates. I have audio recording of all the conversations and bank transactions for payments. i am considering going to consumer court. since the payment was made by credit card. The credit card company also has levied interest on the transaction. Overall, i had transactional loss, business loss and the voler car is least sensitive.

Updated by johnpitteera They have been giving stupid reasons such as their payment gateway is not functioning for months for doing my payment, while it takes few hours to fix the same. Below is the mail, I get from them.
