I booked Voler car on 17th June for a day and after the whole process was done I was told my refund will be initiated in 14-15 days and these people initiated it on 15th day and the email from them stated that now it will take 5-7 working days more. And after 8th day I emailed them about the same and a day later they gave me a [censored] reply that it has bren again initiated and I don't know how much time I have to wait for geting my security. These people dont consider it as a security deposit they consider it as a long term investment in their company. Harassing the customer for bit of money is their policy.
Not only this thing, the car they gave me was the worst car I drove which their representative agreed to. From such behaviour I am sure this company is not going to stay longer in the market as they dont value the customer or their complaints. The customer care is worlds stupid thing capable of not even solving a simple problem, for eg, if you ask them what is 1+1 these people will be empty from top.
I have no hope of getting my money seeing their responses.
