3 clutch failures in 2 years — under just 20, 000 km(90% Highway Riding). Volkswagen blames it on “overdrivingâ€, a convenient and vague explanation. But I’ve driven a Maruti for years in the same conditions — never once faced a clutch issue.
And on top of this:
Paid 14, 000/- at PPS Motors, Tirupati for clutch repair. For the same issue, Apple Auto, Bangalore quoted me 32, 000/- — blatant overcharging.
The dongle never worked from day one — and even after 2 years, it remains unfixed
Forget these product concerns — let’s talk about basic customer courtesy.
Despite multiple emails, follow-ups, and escalations, no one from VW even acknowledged my actual queries. Their only response? “Pay and collect the car or you’ll be fined.â€
So this is what Volkswagen India calls customer support and after-sales service?
Sharing experiences matters. If you’ve dealt with VW’s poor service, let’s compile them, post it here. It’s time brands like VW are held accountable for post-sale neglect. Was this information helpful? |
