Volkswagen India — VW Taigun, clutch plate damaged in 11k Km

We bought VW Taigun from Bangalore, Singasandra( Elite Motors). The vehicle is just been drivek for 11k km.. Went to give 2nd service on 30 Mar 2024 and the technician tells that, clutch plate is damaged and the vehicle cannot go for another 1 km also.

I was so shocked to know that a brand like VW has given such a substandard part which is not covered under warranty and also they said its the driving issue. For a city like bangalore, whrere its a snarling traffic, where i cannot drive more than 25km/ hr, he says its the driving issue.

I feel cheated that VW which is a global brand has delivered such a substandard Taigun .
