I bought a polo gt tsi in 2018 from evm volkswagen trivandrum, kerala. Everything was going fine till the first warning light came up.It was showing an abs and traction light on the speedometer . I called the service center and they told me to bring the car. A few days after (11/2/2020) i bought the car to the service center in evm volkswagen trivandrum, kerala.After checking they told me that they solved the problem.And they test drived it, then the light again came up. They again checked and did something, after that the light went off, and i headed home which was about 60 kilometer from evm volkswagen trivandrum. They next day the light came up. I called the service center and they told me to come again. I spent a whole day waiting for the car and yet they couldn't solve the problem.And they are playing with our time.This is a common problem with the cars of volkswagen.I also have a volkswagen vento which also had many problems.Please value my complaint and reply asap. Plz look after it. We have avoided outside shop to get quality but ur service center doing same.
