SOFT COPY OF YOUR EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT,
THIS AGREEMENT is made today between VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS, UK of the 1st party and you as a 2nd party.
For good consideration, VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS, UK employs the Employee on the following terms and conditions.
ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD
The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 60 consecutive months; 5 years and could be renewed based on employee's satisfactory services to the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS.
ARTICLE 2: SALARY
VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS UK shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of (£ 8,630) Eight Thousand Six Hundred And Thirty GBP Basic (Tax inclusive) MONTHLY
Equivalent depending on employee's home country.
The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through the assistance of the Pharmaceutical’s legal adviser on Immigration Matters..
Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee (ONLY TWO FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED)
ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.
VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS UK discretion from time to time.
ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS UK .
The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS, and, during this employee, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.
ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.
Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.
ARTICLE 6: Disability.
In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS may terminate the Employee's employment, and the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.
ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.
Without cause VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,
ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.
Should Employee die during the term of employment, VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.
ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS
. Free medical care in United Kingdom for you and your family for contract duration.
. Excellent educational assistance benefits with family status contracts.
. Complete meals also for you and your family as deemed Appropriate.
. Life insurance Policy.
. Maximum and efficient security both in work place and housing

ARTICLE 10: Effect of Prior Agreements.
This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS or any predecessor of the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS and the Employee, except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit or compensation inuring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere provided and not expressly provided in this agreement.

ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.
Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

ARTICLE 12: Severability.
If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

2. RE-SCHEDULE OR EXTENSION OF JOINING DATE.

Job applicants MUST meet and submit all Visa requirements to the British Immigration Service before any request for re-schedule or extension of joining date can be granted. Applicants MUST note that we will never grant such requests unless all Visa formalities MUST have been met.

3. APPLYING DIRECTLY TO THE U.K EMBASSIES WORLD-WIDE

It has come to our notice that most applicants prefer to apply directly to the U.K Embassies in their various locations and when they make applications, their Visas are usually denied especially Job applicants from Africa, Asia and the Middle East. When such visa applications are denied, it takes approximately 90 days to re-apply or make a second application and during this time, the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS will not be patient or wait for such an applicant, we usually revoke their offers immediately and recruit some other applicants.

Hence, to ensure that you pass through a hassle free Visa application process to the U.K, We have affiliated with the Local Immigration & Visa office here in London , the British Immigration Service. They will assist you with the Visa application, processing o[censored].K Work permit and other relevant Insurance and Travel packages that will be required for your legal entry into the United Kingdom .

Making an application with the RUFUS CHAMBERS guarantees your Visa approval and in a lesser time as compared with applications made directly to the U.K Embassies. 5. REIMBURSEMENT OF IMMIGRATION EXPENSES, HEALTH CHECKUP & OTHER EXPENSES

All expenses made by Job applicants will be fully reimbursed on arrival to London or if applicants meet all Immigration requirements, we will send the Salary & Reimbursement application Forms for applicants to complete and return to our Accounts department for approval.     Dear concerned person,

    We have purchased new VX Jetta car from Delhi,India dealer M/s.DD Autoworld on 30th May 2010 and he delivered the car without registration with Transport authority . Till date we have not received any registration confirmation from the dealer and the car is lying unused with us SINCE IT IS AN OFFENCE TO DRIVE A CAR WITHOUT REGISTRATION NO. ON IT.. It looks that the dealer including the Volkwagen india operation company together are cheating their customers by delivering vehicles which have some kind of registration issues (non compliance of euro 4 norms which are applicable in Delhi , India) due to which it is not getting registered with the transport authority. These things are giving bad name to the Volks Wagen which has worldwide reputation as one of the leading car manufacturer.

    It is requested to investigate the issue on priority basis so that your customers like us are not harassed and reputation of the company like yours does not suffer due to misdeed of the dealer M/s. DD Auto World p ltd, Delhi, India. I will wait for your early response before proceeding for any legal action . I appreciate to get an intimation on any response in above matter .

      Sir,

      I'm really frustrated in hearing the words from the Volkswagen dealer for almost 4 months now & the worst part is am still getting the same response with no confirmed date for delivery of the Car.

      The booking was made for Volkswagen Polo - Highline in March 01, 2010 (receipt #894 & 951) by paying 50K & was told by the Senior Manager that the car will be delivered in May 2010.

      Was expecting the car for my Birthday, my Engagement all i got from Volkswagen is only the disappointment.

      The response & the treatment from the VOLKSWAGEN dealer is horrible, very poor & we are going beyond the tolerance limit which makes us to cancel the booking.

      The distributor kept on showing on computer about delivery status which was clearly showing 14 to 20th August 2010.

      I can’t wait so long, I want clear reply from you, let me know the date. Who will pay for all this harassment & delay in my schedule, please explain.

      I am very much agree with Ram. Even same thing happened to me. I booked on 21st march. And the Dealer ELITE Motors, Bangalore is still continuing telling new new dates. For past 3 months the Manager shows me one excel sheet and gives a new date on which he fails to deliver and again tells a new date. I am really frustrated and surprised to know their attitude and behaviour towards customer. Even they don't bother to call me and upadte from their side. Every time I call them and enquire. This is really ridiculous act for a company like Volkswagen. If they want to progress well in India they have to really think twice to give dealership to dealer like ELITE MOTORS.
      I have booked Polo Trendline (Petrol Variant) on 21st Marach through Elite Motors, Hosur Road and assured that I will be getting the vechicle by last week of April. When I called in the last week of April, I was told that there will be slight delay and i will be getting by 15th of May. Again they said some problem in assembling as the Gear Box and Engines are being imported but definitely you will get by June 1st. Finally I decided to go to the dealer directly. So I went to Elite Motors and spoke to Mr. Philips (Manager). He committed that there will be no further delay or extension and you will definitely get the vechicle by 30th June. Again last week I called him and he again told that - please have some patience for another 5 days. Since it is a matter of 5 days I didn't tell him anything and asked him to call me and update about this before 5th of July. Still I have not received any call or updates. This kind of response is not at all expected from a Auto giant Volkswagen at least. This is really irritating and frustrating. They have to seriously think to change this sort of attitude and response.
      i am senthilnathan from arcot which is an vellore .i am one among the customer who booked vw polo diesel in abra motors chennai 25 march. my rep told i would get the car in june 1week .but till(9-aug) i didn't get the car.i am very much frustrated and i have even paid the full amount including accessories.i am very much unhappy with the service given whenever i enquired them.i didn't ask for the car before the date they commited then why the hell [censored] they are committing. whan they can't keep their word.is this is fair for an international brand company.i also heard that they are giving preference to the customer whoever give premium amount of 50000.totaly vw [censored]ing the indian customers.
      I am Ramesh B. Sabhani from Mumbai. The above three remarks are very scary. I have booked a Comfortline version of the Volks Wagen POLO in the third week of July, with firm assurance from the lady sales rep.of VW Downtown Motors, Mumbai, that I can expect my car on or before Dassera ( 18 October 2010 ). The dealers take a Rs. 50 thousand booking amount which the purchaser pays up without giving a second thought. He gets no interest on this amount and if he recieves no interest or concern from the dealer he is bound to loose his cool like these gentlemen. Having travelled to West Germany myself and being familiar with the more than perfect and punctual approach towards business ethics, I hope VW does not disappoint me in making me go through what these gentlemen are sore about. Not just me but even my children who are anxious and looking forward to this fantastic gift this Dassera. Volks Wagen - are you listening.? Dont let us down. PLEASE...
      If at all this advice reaches, I would to highlight the fact that these days it is very common to see that the front/rear logos of all the brands of cars are being yanked out and stolen while they are parked on the roads. This happens in broad daylight too and it has been happening for the past two years and increasing in number by the day. It is very surprising that the car manufacturers have not taken preventive measures in ensuring that these logos are fixed in a more secure manner and are not pilfered. I would atleast like to draw the attention of VW that it is for the image of the brand VW to fix these VW logos on a permanent manner so that the car continues to be identified as a VW car from a long distance, as it is being done because of the large size of their existing logos. I was shocked to see a logo flicked from a brand new black POLO just a few days after it may have been delivered. I hope you are listening - VW..
      me to in same boat dealer of chandigarh extending date beyond assured delivery date promised. manufacturers dont respond to complaint and mails.sorry state of affairs at VW india. booked on 8-5-10 still waiting no response from dealer its already 18 weeks as told 14-18 weeks by dealer .

      I, v divij have booked a polo diesel trendline white car in hyderabad in ORION MOTORS, HYDERABAD, on 23ed april 2010 by paying 50000Rs as advance and my receit number is 1180.your dealer commited to deliver vehicle on 24th may but till today there is no responce from ur dealer.its almost 6 months im waiting for ur vehicle after paying advance.when ever i call they say that "allocation is not done".kindly respond to the issue and attend to customer complaint.reputation of company will be damaged if dealer is not cooperative.look into matter and delivery vehicle soon.i[censored] could not delivery kindly return my money back.
      Hi all,

      I have been waiting for four months since i booked in july 15th. I think the company itself asked the dealers to say anything to make the customers book the car so to see the demand. other wise it is too much to say that i will be getting my car in 57 days and making me to wait for 122 days and still no hope of getting my cary any soon. I was excited to book my VW at very first time. But totally frustrated about the company that VW are not real VW in india. ...if the VW cant deliver the promise at very initial I dont think that the promise about the quality and other stuffs will also be good..I am planning to go for the CAR company that really deliver the promise and so reliabel...i dropped my crase about VW atleast in india...

      It's the same in Mumbai. Horrible customer service and you never get a straight, truthful answer from the Sales or Service people.
      i totally agree w these complaints. the dealership is CRAP and so is their workshop in Lalbaug. i booked my car in july and got delivery in the WORSE possible manner in Oct. the whole entire time of waiting for the car, i had to call them to get a status which in my opinion should be the other way around. Co calls customer! i was actually in tears while getting the car because it was not only dirty but filthy on the inside as well. upon asking our sales rep, Ayesha, all i got was a stupid smile and told to be calm. how are you going to tell me that the car is brand new when there is filth in the front and back of my car. i asked to speak to the Mgr, who was also completely USELESS as well. i want to know that when you are putting a deposit to a company like VW why is there NO sense of customer service. we are paying for the car and it is their JOB to provide us the service. most disgusting experience of buying a car at Shaman! if you can avoid it, you should just to save yourself from the HELL i have been through. and the workshop is NO better. when you ask for your car to be done at 6 pm, they give you a bunch of crap about the delay (2 hrs to wash your car madam-WHY??? its a Polo not a truck) and finally give the car at 7 pm!!! 1 hour to just get your car back from the workshop. something really has to be done because this is not how you should be treating your customers. JUST ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

      Firstly, my apologies for a lengthy comment but do bear with me...

      I am 28 and was naturally enthusiastic as a first time car buyer. Being very tight on my budget, I invested several months of research into every small car available at that time. Finally, I booked the VW Polo Trendline 1.2 L Petrol on 31st December 2010.

      In comparison to other small cars (base models) this car costs significantly more. So it is safe to say that it is a 'premium product'. When one buys a premium product, whether it is a pen or a car, the first thing you expect is customer service. And this is what was non-existent at the VW Downtown Showroom in Mumbai.

      On the day of booking my car, I was assured of delivery within 3 months (maximum). The sales executive was insistent that the car would arrive well BEFORE three months but to be safe he was saying 3 months. I agreed to this 3 month term and and promptly booked the car falling for his sales pitch and paying a Rs.50, 000 as a booking fee. This was at a time when every other car was available for delivery either immediately or in less than 1 month. As noted by a gentleman above: no interest is paid to the customer for this booking amount.

      I heard that car dealerships are notorious for not sticking to their commitment but I would've never even dreamed that a company of the stature of VW would come under that blanket. 1 month later (end Jan 2011) I called to check on the status of the car. I was told that It would arrive by 2nd week of Feb. I was pleasantly surprised that it was going to be delivered earlier than committed. But no, week after week since then, there was some excuse other the other about 'production problems' or some other issues that the customers do not need to know - it is simply not my problem as a paying customer. I never thought I would have to make so many calls to the dealership.

      The date committed to me was 31st March (as per their 3 month waiting period). In those months, I never received a single call even once from the sales executive or anyone from VW to update me on the status of the car. Not once.

      Every time it was me that had to call - and 9 of 10 times the sales executive was either 'not available' or 'gone for a test drive' or some lame excuse like that. I was never called back. And even when I get through to him I was only assured of further delay.

      By beginning of March, I realised exactly what was going on. It was simple dilly-dallying and I knew that I could no longer believe anything this sales executive was saying. So I called the Sales Head of VW Downtown showroom in hopes of a resolution who turned out to be even better - he told me the car which was supposed to be delivered to me by end March would not be available to me until mid May! This made the waiting period a colossal 5 and a half months long! He said there was no way that I could get the car before that and simply ruled it out.

      Though he was quite a sweet talker and almost managed to convince me, I had had enough - I immediately went to the VW website, found out the number of the VW corporate office and called them right away. I talked to a senior sales department person whose designation I'm not fully clear about. I explained the entire series of events to her and gave her all the details: booking date, receipt number, etc.

      Within 2 days I received a call from VW Downtown saying my car has arrived to the showroom. I am going to take delivery of my car in a day or two (before the 3 month period is over) So wish me luck.

      My story mirrors the ones of so many frustrated and helpless customers who have written on this forum. I request them to contact Ms. Poonam Karnik - on +[protected]Ext. 7062).

      If you look at their website, VW have not exactly made it easy to find their address and phone numbers. A shame, if VW want to remain in India for the long run they better get their act together. Customers are fickle and it does not take them long to change loyalties. If you serve them fairly and with dedication, they remain with you for generations. I hope VW can take a cue from my negative experience and that of so many others and clamp down on these dealerships if they want to retain a positive brand image

      Moral of the story: car dealership sales team are not to be trusted at all. All they care about is to sell a car and make their commission - it does not matter to them if it is a VW or Tata or Nissan.

      If you want results, you have to talk to VW directly - the ones that actually care for their brand and brand image. They are the ones that will make it happen.

        Just want to share my personal experience with Volkswagen Delhi West (World Class Automobiles Pvt Ltd)

        I have a POLO which I purchased in August 19th 2010 earlier there was some issue with the alignment the car was moving towards left. I called the advisor and he asked me to walk down the service station and he will get it checked. Same day I have to go to Chandigarh. Once I reached the service station and I asked for the same advisor at the reception the reply I got was he is busy and will be here within 15 -20 minutes however no one turned up for 30 -35 minutes I asked for the same advisor as well as called the same advisor he said he is with a customer and have one in queue. After 1 hour and 20 minutes he turned up look at the car and said he will be right back and was back in approximately 40 -45 minutes by that time I already spent almost two hours just waiting for someone to tell what the issue is. He took 20 -25 minutes just to open a job sheet I asked for a manager/supervisor the only reply I got that there is no one if we have any issue we can either speak with Sachin/Jaspreet. The incident I mentioned above happened two months back.

        I was in Dehradun for last three day while on the way I small stone from the roadside hit the windscreen on the right top corner and there was a small scratch on the screen. The crack took over the entire screen in two days. I called an advisor name HARI OM and he told me that it will take 3 days and I have to left the car at the service station. Once I came back to Delhi I called HARI OM on Monday morning he asked me to walk down to the showroom I asked for the same advisor at the reception I had to wait for 15 -20 minutes as he was with a customer. I called the same advisor three times and the reply I got was he was with a customer and have other customer waiting in the queue. I asked for any other person who plays the same role he said he is also busy with a customer, simply shows a bad after sales service. They only listen to you till the time you have not purchased the vehicle. This is just one example. I got a call to collect the RC as its already November it’s been almost three months and the reply is there was some issues with the printing of DL 4C NA _ _ _ _ _ series. As per the concerned person at the showroom and once I called the guy who called me said once he checked the RC was there they might have sent the RC back. This is the second example of bad customer service. This time to change the windscreen and as there was some issue with the clutch paddle just to open the job sheet it took almost 3 hours. I called HARI OM multiple time and he never turned up or called me. Later on Jatinder kumar was the one who walked up to me to check if I have some issue with my car or if I was waiting for someone. I really appreciate him as first of all he apologized for the inconvenience and helped me with the issue. Till that time I was pissed with the service and called [protected] and launched a complaint. The only call center they have in Mumbai they don’t have any on phone escalation. She asked for the entire issue and said I will receive a call within 48 hours which I never expected for VOLKSWAGEN GROUP. The call was escalated to someone once I mentioned that I will put a blog on Google and Twitter. Someone called me next day in the morning after telling him the entire story that it’s the same story every time. They don’t have the setup in place the reply I got was two of the service station have closed so they have the entire work load and they are running short of people. I asked for the corporate number/email id he said the call center it the highest authority to whom the issue was already escalated. He asked me to come is personal and said will check with the staff.

        In other works if we talk about the product or the services. The product is not good nor the services. Now the first service is at 15000KMs / 1 year which one is early. I’m sure if the car will be on road I will face some issue and I’m prepared myself for the worst services in future. If we talk about the ground clearance in this segment the ground clearance for POLO is 168 mm comparing with SWIFT 170 mm JAZZ 160 mm FIGO 168 mm I10 165 mm RITZ 170 mm. My recommendation is SWIFT over POLO.

        Will try to escalate it to the next level. Still searching for the big shots for VOLKSWAGEN GROUP.

        I am Piyush Jain Advocate, the instant grievance is against the Volkswagen Dealer Frontier Motors Pvt Ltd at Jabalpur (M.P) the only authorized showroom in this region. It is when we planned to buy a new small segment car, as we were having a Maruti 800 and decided to exchange the same with the new one. The Volkswagen sales team approached us and assured us to exchange the old vechile also, thereafter I decided to buy a Polo baseline model and I purchased and took the delivery on occasion of "DHANTERAS".On the very next day I delivered the possession of my Maruti 800 to the Frontier Motors and after few days they told me that the said vechile has been sold to one third guy hence they need the original papers in good faith to complete the documentation earlier, I delivered the same it to the sales people, it is till date the Dealer failed to supply me any documents which reflects that the Vechile is in his possession and not mine, moreover the said vechile is roaming all over the city which has been noticed by me & other people known to me. It is surprising to see the Dealers staff behavior that they promised that we want to build a long relationship and it is after only one month past that, they are avoiding my call and the sales people who were like bees behind me are not even ready to call me and inform the current status and complete the paper work. Needs a immediate attention on my complaint with appropriate action.

        I purchased a polo car from thane Volkswagen showroom in the month of July 2011 after waiting for four months.
        In the month of December the car stopped all of sudden while driving. Reported to their service centre and they took the car for repair work at thane. They told me to do a general checkup by paying rs 3000 . After a day car was delivered to me. After two days the same problem occurred. Again the car toed to their work shop. Kept the car for two days and told me that car is perfectly okay. Took delivery. However the car stopped as it is on the way. Again the car toed. Neither the dealer nor the compliant department took a serious view on this and facing lot if problem. I tried to reach higher officials but nobody give the phone number. This is ridiculous the service is poor

        I guess when Volkswagen came to India they got accustomed to the 'CHALTA HAI' attitude... I won't be surprised if they change there 'DAS Auto' with 'Chalta Hai' in the coming years or I wonder if that's what it really means in German!

        I was asked to replace my Brake Pads while in Bangalore by a service adviser there, which I did (I was traveling, my car is bought in Goa). On returning back to Goa I went for my 1st service and told the service adviser about what had happened, also told him that there may still be a problem with my brakes. After getting my car back from servicing, within 4-5 weeks the brake problem escalated and my whole car would shake vigorously (shudder) when ever I applied brakes especially above the speed of 80kmph. I called up the service station in Goa, first they told me they can't accept my Car but then I insisted to at least to speak to the service adviser they gave me his number.

        Now the funny part... On calling this guy he remembers my cars brake problem and tells me he cannot do anything as the break Pad was replaced in Bangalore Volkswagen service center and I will have to take my car back to Bangalore to get it rectified... (I still want to laugh, sadly its my brake's)

        I told him that I am going to report this and I did (my concern number CAL20417 Dated: 12/06/2012), but till today nothing has been done, I am now trying to find out if any other service center can rectify this (I know Skoda uses similar parts, or if the brake rotor which I am told can be taken to a lathe, may be the Maruti service center here might tell me where to take it).

        End of the day I feel I bought a good car but I have to be a Car mechanic to keep it. I was told by someone that since one person holds the Volkswagen & some other brands for whole of Goa this is what you should have expected. Unfortunately they are considered the best brands of Cars in the market today by many after Maruti (I still love my Red Polo, its a beauty).

        I don't know what to ask Volkswagen, I am frustrated but more over I am sad...

        I am not getting response from anywhere...not from customer care and not from dealer.

        "I have purchased VW POLO Highline diesel from @ Global Gallarie Motors Pvt. Ltd., Maharashtra, Thane.

        When I went for the delivery on 8/11/2012 morning I checked the car and it's fine. After that agent told me that regestration paper is not ready so come in evening for deliver.

        I again went in evening and took the deliver of my car, but at that time I didn't check my car.

        After couple of days I noticed that spare wheel is not there and for that I already call the dealer couple of times but didn't get satisfactory answer, and then I looged my complained to customer care on 26/11/2012.

        I have received a message on my mobile number [protected] saying that "You will be hearing from our authorizsed dealer Volkswagen Thane within 24 hours...BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY CALL FROM THE DEALER.

        I may go to legal procedure if I will not get any satisfactorey answer."

        Can you please help me to resolve this.

          Sales person treat Clients as ..No Sense & ethics to interact with clients.
          Dealer charges extra Rs 3000. what for on ex-showroom... True experience..They dont check the car before delivering themselves...& then say just sorry for not delievring on specified & confirmed date n time. Shameless sales person, tries to cut pocket for everything... this charge that charge... VW is only providing Car not something extra ..tht too client is paying not taking for free..but still a bad experience, i thought i should share.. SHAMAN CARS..

          I do agree with you. I also had similare experience in Pune. I went Vidyut Motors Pvt. Ltd in Pune. They think that Clients as . There sales persons are Best. Salesperson Poonam was so rude. But I do not have any other option in Pune. God only knows what will happened to after sale services of car.
          completely agree shaman is horrible, i had booked my car on may 7th, 2010. today is 17th spet, 2010. i was to recieve my car today but when i went to the showroom they kept tellin me 20mins, 10mins more since the car according to their saying was coming from their sweri workshop, i waited 2hours till i lost it said wht i had to fired the sales team and the manager and just left. Even maruti gives a better customer experience, at shaman dealership of VW, im ashamed of saying a german comapny as well reputed as VW all over the world, this third grade service. I wasnt offered a glass of water, and my saleswomen Ms. Ayesha, had no communication skills and couldnt even talk proper english. Disgusting absolutely disgusting. If there is some way of contacting the Head of Volkswagen i would go to any level to do so. I have refused to take delivery today and will sue shaman and VW for giving such people their dealership in consumers court and take extra action if you'll know what i mean ;)

            I Muslim Khan is a owner of Volkswagen Jetta 2009 make model, Fifteen days back I've given my vehicle on service at (One Kashyap Vehicles Works Pvt.Ltd Noida) for repair of minor scratches on the left side front and back doors but he service men has damaged both of the doors by using local paint and dented the doors in such a way that they are in a horrible condition now. I want them to deliver my car at the condition I've given to them as I've already bared a great loss, I have only one vehicle and its hard for me to commute my business places. I also want to say that if they are not in a condition to repair the car then they would have let me known at the beginning before repairing it.

                  No Delivery Or Information On Car Booked

                  I had booked a Volkswagen Polo from DD Auto World Private Limited in Lajpat Nagar IV, New Delhi, on[protected] by paying a booking amount of Rs. 50,000. However, even though the delivery of cars started on March 1, 2010 (as confirmed by Volkswagen), I still haven't received the delivery of my car. I called up the Volkswagen call center at [protected] four times already. Every call they asked me wait for 24 hours for a call back from them....

                  i'm Dr.MINU from trivandrum,kerala.I had booked a volkswagen POLO from your showroom at pattom,trivandrum.We had been assured to get the product by April 25th.As the purchase is being made in relation to an important function on our side,we were assured to get the car prior to it and we have paid an advance of Rs.3 Lakhs for the same.
                  We have been enquiring about the same for the past one week and now,3 days prior to the day promised,your dealers have backed off and are saying that it can be delivered only by 20th OF NEXT MONTH.
                  I'm ashamed to inform you that the good reputation of your company is at stake because of this kind of irresponsible dealership.

                  I have recieved credit card statement for the month of February 2010 on 26.02.2010 and the due date for the same was on the same day, when requested to ICICI, I was informed that the same have being delivered on 18.02.2010, on request they send me photocopy of the POD which is fabricated and does not carry my signature. this was informed to ICICI but they go as per what they have send me. this is very shameful on the part of Sgma Couriers as well as ICICI.

                  I have booked the polo from Elite motors, Bangalore and was agreed to be delivered in the month of April. But now they have backed off from the date and the new tentative date is in the month of June. A delay of 2 months and a total wait of 4 months... :-)
                  I have a mixed view on this and at the same time getting concerned for the delivery of my own VW Polo. I booked mine in Delhi after having done the round of the few dealers available and selected the least worse of the lot. Most of the dealers had an 'attitude' of an elephant.
                  Finally I booked on 4th April with a stated waiting time of 75-90 days. So technically should get it sometime mid of june to end of june.
                  Unfortunately I am not getting any input on the delivery dates as I call the Dealer.
                  My problem is that I would be disposing off my current vehicle as I recieve the Polo, the insurance and loan on the previous car is getting over in mid-june. I was hoping that I get a one week overlap such that I can save on paying insurance on 2 cars. Plus other problems of parking at my residence.
                  There is no information from the company regarding delivery and steps taken to fasten the delivery. That is a little disappointing.

                  This is to inform you that I have purchased a brand new Polo car from your Delhi South showroom on 29th June 2010 with a registration no. DL-7 CK 5598. Within a week the car started giving trouble. I have taken the car to your Delhi South Showroom. They said that the service happens at the workshop at Mathura Road. When I reached there I saw a workshop of Bhasin Motors-Mahindra car workshop. Then again I went back to the showroom and they said that they don't have their own workshop and directed me to Delhi West workshop. Initially the front driver side door power window was not working at times. They could correct the same and found the people at Delhi West very co-operative.

                  After a month the car started shivering at the idling condition. And many at a time the car stops while driving with a heavy vibration. This time again I took the car to the Delhi West workshop and they said that they can't find the problem. I gave the car for a day to them and next day they informed that engine head has to be changed and will check during the trial run. They have given the information to Pune and the parts will come in fifteen days. I want to know that a brand new Volkswagen car owner has to go thru this kind of troubles better I could have bought a Maruti at a lower price and immediate delivery.

                  I think that the Bhasin Motors has given me their trial car. Your phone no. and email id has been given by Bhasin Motors people and told me to write to you. And they are talking about repairing the engine and I will never accept an engine repaired car. At your discretion I want you to direct the Bhasin Motors to give me a new car at the earliest. Every time I sit in the car I feel like calling the media people and expose my experience to the public. If I don't get a favourable reply by tomorrow evening I will have to the public, for this has left me utmost tension.

                  same here all, these dealers are ruining VW reputation. I believe the company should take some immediate action to resolve all our problems. All dealers are doing the same, promising and then delaying, they all show attitude...its like..."mat lo...mere baap ka kya jaata hai..." I would hate to see a german company fail in India because of such a poor and weak distribution channel.

                  I would love to share my experience, , , but you all know its the same, undelivered vehicle and frustrated minds.

                  I would suggest VW to put down some hotline no. where a person could call and resolve their issue. that ways the company would be able to build up a nice PR(Public relation). Else there is no scope.

                  I agree about the poor service of Volkwagen South (Bhasin Motors). I booked a VW Polo comfortline in April 2010 and was told the waiting was 3 months. I finally got delivery on 25th November 2010. In between, absolutely no-one from the showroom would communicate the status. They were too cocky. Finally when the car was delivered I was told the showroom has no accecessories and the registration number will take a week. i requested for a number adding up to either 1 or 5 which the sales assistant Hemant agreed to follow up. Imagine my utter horror, when I was prefunctorily informed that I have a number I did not want and now I have to live with it and could just go to hell.

                  There is a total absence of any concept of customer service at Bhasin Motors New Delhi-Volkswagen South. Anyone doing any transaction with them is doing so at their own risk-do not expect any service from them. I hope Volkwagen India Ltd does see this comment and take severe action against this dealer.

                  I have booked one at EVM motors ernakulam. The date they promised has passed which was the 3rd week of december 2010.

                  I am drafting a mail to the WV CEO trying to get an explanation as to why this delay. I work in a company which manufactures things and I know that it is possible to give a definitive date of delivery once a order is booked.

                  If not the company is cheating people by talking money and saying it is booked. Or in other words the company is instructing its dealers to take the booking knowing very well that it will not be able to deliver on its promises.

                  I also got the car delivery after 5 months of booking. So I agree with you that they are not keeping their words (we will deliver in 1 month).

                  This is regarding the another issue found in VW Polo car. The VW car logo's can be stollen easily (with in 5 min). When I approach to delear in Pune for this issue he said there are so many complants we have. But they are not getting proper response from VW.

                  If we go to purchase VW logo, it costs about 9000/- RS.(for front side + back side Logo)

                  I think people are buying this car because of their name (VW) but I didn't saw that quality in the car when I heard my car's logo was stollen in 5 min and there no single scratch on the car.

                  I purchased polo in Mar2010. Since then it broke down 2 times.

                  On very first day while going home from showroom it stopped in the middle of the road. Service people told it is minor issue and they took 3 days to fix that issue. In fact issue was not minor, they replaced fuel pump of brand new car.

                  Today also my car is at workshop due to engine noise. They replaced the petrol filter, it had added two more noises in my car. They informed me that idler bearing has the issue and need to replace, since last 3 days my car is at workshop without any progress on the fixing of the issue, everytime I call they give one or the other reasons. Service Advisor is not reachable.

                  I am kind of frustrated with the brand. VW cheated me. I am thinking to go to consumer court. If anybody has done this already, please let me know the process.

                  Gentlemen,

                  Firstly, my apologies for a lengthy comment but do bear with me...

                  I am 28 and was naturally enthusiastic as a first time car buyer. Being very tight on my budget, I invested several months of research into every small car available at that time. Finally, I booked the VW Polo Trendline 1.2 L Petrol on 31st December 2010.

                  In comparison to other small cars (base models) this car costs significantly more. So it is safe to say that it is a 'premium product'. When one buys a premium product, whether it is a pen or a car, the first thing you expect is customer service. And this is what was non-existent at the VW Downtown Showroom in Mumbai.

                  On the day of booking my car, I was assured of delivery within 3 months (maximum). The sales executive was insistent that the car would arrive well BEFORE three months but to be safe he was saying 3 months. I agreed to this 3 month term and and promptly booked the car falling for his sales pitch and paying a Rs.50, 000 as a booking fee. This was at a time when every other car was available for delivery either immediately or in less than 1 month. Note no interest is paid to the customer for this booking amount.

                  I heard that car dealerships are notorious for not sticking to their commitment but I would've never even dreamed that a company of the stature of VW would come under that blanket. 1 month later (end Jan 2011) I called to check on the status of the car. I was told that It would arrive by 2nd week of Feb. I was pleasantly surprised that it was going to be delivered earlier than committed. But no, week after week since then, there was some excuse other the other about 'production problems' or some other issues that the customers do not need to know - it is simply not my problem as a paying customer. I never thought I would have to make so many calls to the dealership of VW!

                  The date committed to me was 31st March (as per their 3 month waiting period). In the interim months, I never received a single call even once from the sales executive or anyone from VW to update me on the status of the car. Not once.

                  Every time it was me that had to call - and 9 of 10 times the sales executive was either 'not available' or 'gone for a test drive' or some lame excuse like that. I was never called back. And even when I get through to him I was only assured of further delay.

                  By beginning of March, I realised exactly what was going on. It was simple dilly-dallying and I knew that I could no longer believe anything this sales executive was saying. So I called the Sales Head of VW Downtown showroom in hopes of a resolution who turned out to be even better - he told me the car which was supposed to be delivered to me by end March would not be available to me until mid May! This made the waiting period a colossal 5 and a half months long! He said there was no way that I could get the car before that and simply ruled it out.

                  Though he was quite a sweet talker and almost managed to convince me, I had had enough - I immediately went to the VW website, found out the number of the VW corporate office and called them right away. I talked to a senior sales department person whose designation I'm not fully clear about. I explained the entire series of events to her and gave her all the details: booking date, receipt number, etc.

                  Within 2 days, I received a call from VW Downtown saying my car has arrived to the showroom. I am going to take delivery of my car in a day or two (before the original 3 month period is over) So wish me luck.

                  My story mirrors the ones of so many frustrated and helpless customers who have written on this forum. I request them to contact Ms. Poonam Karnik - on +[protected]Ext. 7062).

                  If you look at their website, VW have not exactly made it easy to find their address and phone numbers. A shame, if VW want to remain in India for the long run they better get their act together. Customers are fickle and it does not take them long to change loyalties. If you serve them fairly and with dedication, they remain with you for generations. I hope VW can take a cue from my negative experience and that of so many others and clamp down on these dealerships if they want to retain a positive brand image

                  Moral of the story: car dealership sales team are not to be trusted at all. All they care about is to sell a car and make their commission - it does not matter to them if it is a VW or Tata or Nissan.

                  If you want results, you have to talk to VW directly - the ones that actually care for their brand and brand image.

After three day when i reached in showroom with my choice number that time they told me your car already register in authority, we can't do any thing for you, i have spend around 20000 thousand rupees for my new polo car number (10000 in showroom cash and around 8000 in authority). When i told to return my 10000 rs which is taken by you from my pocket . They replay will give you soon becouse

                  I can’t get proper response and proper answer form work shop and there management staff.

                    I bought a brand new VW passat 2.0 TDI on 26th jan 2010 and the car broke down on 30th jan 2010 on only driving 400 kms due to failure of a faulty part (Engine Control Module). The car was not starting and VW took 15 days to replace that faulty part but were not ready to replace the car. The same car broke down again severely in 2 months due to failure of another part ( Gear lever). Now the company does not want to refund the money instead they offer us to buy back the 27 lacs priced car at 18.5 lacs from us wihtout any compensation for all the harrassment and lossess incurred!!!

                    PLEASE DO NOT BUY VW PASSAT CARS AT all! Its a shame for such a brand to keep breaking down a brand new vehicle! shame shame shame!!!

                      ARTICLE 2: SALARY

                      VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS COMPANY UK . shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of (£7,400) Seven Thousand Four Hundred GBP Basic (Tax inclusive) MONTHLY. I.e. After Tax. Equivalent depending on employee's home country.





                      The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through the assistance of the Company’s legal adviser on Immigration Matters..

                      Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee (ONLY TWO FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED)



                      ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.

                      VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS COMPANY UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at discretion from time to time.



                      ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS COMPANY UK . The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the COMPANY, and, during this employee, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.



                      ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.

                      Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the COMPANY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.



                      ARTICLE 6: Disability.

                      In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's employment, and the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS COMPANY UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.



                      ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.

                      Without cause VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS COMPANY UK may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS COMPANY UK will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,





                      ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.

                      Should Employee die during the term of employment, VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS COMPANY UK shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.

                      Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.



                      ARTICLE 12: Sever ability.

                      If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the VOLKSWAGEN MOTORS COMPANY UK (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                            Dear sir, I have also received an offer letter at a signed letter head of Volkswagen motor uk. It is common sense that the way of employing is totally doubtful n looks fraud but i must admit at least finding a handsome offer from a legend like vw,is delightful and facinating. Thanks Mr cheater for giving peoples delightful entertainment at a time of anxiety. I must expect some deciplinary action from vw because someone is using the name of vw and vw is not only the name of a company,it is the sign of history 'travel to future. Waiting for reply.

                                ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD

                                The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 60 consecutive months; 5 years and could be renewed based on employee's satisfactory services to the Company.



                                ARTICLE 2: SALARY

                                VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company UK shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of (£ 6200) Six Thousand Two Hundred GBP Basic (Tax inclusive) MONTHLY

                                equivalent depending on employee's home country.



                                The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through the assistance of the company's legal adviser on Immigration Matters..

                                Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee (ONLY TWO FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED)



                                ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.

                                VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company UK discretion from time to time.



                                ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company UK.

                                The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the Company, and, during this employee, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.



                                ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.

                                Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the COMPANY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.



                                ARTICLE 6: Disability.

                                In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's employment, and the VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.



                                ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.

                                Without cause VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,





                                ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.

                                Should Employee die during the term of employment, VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.



                                ARTICLE 9: OTHER BENEFITS

                                This Agreement supersedes any prior agreement between the VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company or any predecessor of the VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company and the Employee, except that this agreement shall not affect or operate to reduce any benefit or compensation inuring to the Employee of a kind elsewhere provided and not expressly provided in this agreement.



                                ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.

                                Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.



                                ARTICLE 12: Severability.

                                If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                                ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.

                                ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company UK.

                                The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the Company, and, during this employee, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.



                                ARTICLE 5: Confidentiality of Proprietary Information.

                                Employee agrees, during or after the term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and the COMPANY may pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.



                                ARTICLE 6: Disability.

                                In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's employment, and the VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.



                                ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.

                                Without cause VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,





                                ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.

                                Should Employee die during the term of employment, VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.

                                ARTICLE 11: Settlement by Arbitration.

                                Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.



                                ARTICLE 12: Severability.

                                If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.



                                IMPORTANT NOTICE: SIGNED COPY OF YOUR CONTRACT DOCUMENT SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IMMEDIATELY.

                                2. RE-SCHEDULE OR EXTENSION OF JOINING DATE.



                                Job applicants MUST meet and submit all Visa requirements to the Williams Chambers before any request for re-schedule or extension of joining date can be granted. Applicants MUST note that we will never grant such requests unless all Visa formalities MUST have been met.



                                Applicants who do not require Visa to enter the U.K MUST submit their Flight ticket fees to the Williams Chambers for the booking and purchase of their flight from London city.

                                3. APPLYING DIRECTLY TO THE U.K EMBASSIES WORLD-WIDE



                                It has come to our notice that most applicants prefer to apply directly to the U.K Embassies in their various locations and when they make applications, their Visas are usually denied especially Job applicants from Africa, Asia and the Middle East. When such visa applications are denied, it takes approximately 90 days to re-apply or make a second application and during this time, the Company will not be patient or wait for such an applicant, we usually revoke their offers immediately and recruit some other applicants.



                                Hence, to ensure that you pass through a hassle free Visa application process to the U.K, We have affiliated with the Local Immigration & Visa office here in London, the British Immigration Service. They will assist you with the Visa application, processing o[censored].K Work permit and other relevant Insurance and Travel packages that will be required for your legal entry into the United Kingdom.



                                Making an application with the WILLIAMS Chambers guarantees your Visa approval and in a lesser time as compared with applications made directly to the U.K Embassies. Once they get all your necessary papers processed, they will fax copies of the same to the U.K Embassy in applicants Country of location and such an applicant will be prompted on when to visit the embassy with his/ her passport for the Visa stamp.

                                This is the easiest process for International employees to meet up with Migration Formalities and join us as soon as possible.



                                4. IMMIGRATION EXPENSES, FLIGHT TICKETS & OTHER EXPENSES



                                Job applicants MUST bear costs for their Immigration expenses and submit receipts of payment(s) for the purpose of reimbursement. For no reason should Job applicants request that w e shoulder such costs as such requests will certainly be turned down.



                                This is sequel to our past experiences we had with some Job applicants from Africa, Asia and the Middle East where VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company shouldered all their Immigration expenses, paid them their Upfront Salaries and till this time, None of these applicants showed up. The contact numbers and emails they submitted are out o[censored]se at this time, we are currently battling this case with their various embassies in London and the case is on hearing at the London City Crown Court.



                                For this reason, the Management Board revised her International Recruitment Policies which entails that all Job applicants MUST bear all travel costs and on arrival to London, present receipts of payments made and will be reimbursed accordingly. Any applicant who finds this unbearable should forfeit this opportunity immediately.





                                5. REIMBURSEMENT OF IMMIGRATION EXPENSES, HEALTH CHECKUP & OTHER EXPENSES



                                All expenses made by Job applicants will be fully reimbursed on arrival to London or if applicants meet all Immigration requirements, we will send the Salary & Reimbursement application Forms for applicants to complete and return to our Accounts department for approval. Once approved, we will authorize our Bank to transfer funds to any Bank Account designated by such an applicant.





                                6. JOB DESCRIPTION, HOTEL ACCOMMODATION AND FEEDING



                                All details pertinent to this Job Offer, duties and responsibilities will be made available to applicants on arrival to London for the Orientation/ Training Program.



                                However, Hotel reservations/ Accommodation and Feeding will be our full responsibility.



                                7. ORIENTATION/ TRAINING PROGRAMME



                                There will be a mandatory Orientation/ Training Program on the 21st of January, 2010. Newly Employed staff is expected to immediately get their Travel documents and Visa ready at least a week before this date to ensure that they meet up with time.



                                THEY COMPANY HAS MADE IT HER RECRUITMENT POLICY IN THAT ANY NEWLY EMPLOYED STAFF WHO DOES NOT PRESENT COPIES OF HIS/HER TRAVEL PAPERS TO THE HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT WITHIN 12 WORKING DAYS WOULD BE CONSIDERED UNSERIOUS AND WILL HAVE HIS/HER APPOINTMENT TERMINATED AND GIVEN TO SOME OTHER APPLICANTS ON THE WAITING LIST TO POSSIBLY ENABLE US MEET UP WITH OUR RECRUITMENT NEEDS,

                                  ARTICLE 2: SALARY

                                  VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company UK shall pay Employee on satisfactory performance of the services the sum of (£ 6200) Six Thousand Two Hundred GBP Basic (Tax inclusive) MONTHLY

                                  equivalent depending on employee's home country.



                                  The employee will be reimbursed by the employer for reasonable moving expense incurred only as a result of relocation or early termination of leases, storage charges; procurement of travel documents. Reimbursements shall be made before employees embark on journey not later than Five (5) working days after submission of employee's expense report and receipts, this after the acquisition of relevant traveling papers through the assistance of the company's legal adviser on Immigration Matters..

                                  Employer shall also take care of employees' air ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee (ONLY TWO FAMILY MEMBERS ARE ALLOWED)



                                  ARTICLE 3: Duties and Position.

                                  VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company UK hires the Employee in the capacity of Employee's duties may be reasonably modified at VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company UK discretion from time to time.



                                  ARTICLE 4: Employee to Devote Full Time to VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company UK.

                                  The Employee will devote full time, attention, and energies to the business of the Company, and, during this employee, will not engage in any other business activity, regardless of whether such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.

                                  ARTICLE 6: Disability.

                                  In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of illness or incapacity for a period of more than 1 month, the compensation otherwise due during said illness. The Employee's full compensation will be reinstated upon return to work. However, if the Employee is absent from work for any reason for a continuous period of over 2 months, the COMPANY may terminate the Employee's employment, and the VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company UK obligations under this agreement will cease on that date.



                                  ARTICLE 7: Termination of Agreement.

                                  Without cause VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company may terminate this agreement at any time upon 6 days' written notice to the Employee the Employee will continue to perform his/her duties and may be paid his/her regular salary up to the date of termination. In addition, VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company will pay the Employee on the date of the termination a severance allowance, less taxes and Social Security required to be withheld, without cause, the Employee may terminate employment upon 6 days' written notice to the Employer. Employee may be required to perform his or her duties and will be paid the regular salary to date of termination but shall not receive severance allowance. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this agreement,





                                  ARTICLE 8: Death Benefit.

                                  Should Employee die during the term of employment, VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company shall pay to Employee's Next of kin/Family any compensation due through the end of the two months in which death occurred.

                                  Any claim or controversy that arises out of, or relates to this agreement, or the breach of it, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award rendered may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.



                                  ARTICLE 12: Severability.

                                  If, for any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement is held invalid or cannot be enforced, then to the full extent permitted by law any prior agreement between the VOLKSWAGEN MOTOR Company (and any predecessor thereof) and the Employee shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

                                  All details pertinent to this Job Offer, duties and responsibilities will be made available to applicants on arrival to London for the Orientation/ Training Program.



                                  However, Hotel reservations/ Accommodation and Feeding will be our full responsibility.



                                  7. ORIENTATION/ TRAINING PROGRAMME



                                  There will be a mandatory Orientation/ Training Program on the 21st of January, 2010. Newly Employed staff is expected to immediately get their Travel documents and Visa ready at least a week before this date to ensure that they meet up with time.



                                  THEY COMPANY HAS MADE IT HER RECRUITMENT POLICY IN THAT ANY NEWLY EMPLOYED STAFF WHO DOES NOT PRESENT COPIES OF HIS/HER TRAVEL PAPERS TO THE HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT WITHIN 12 WORKING DAYS WOULD BE CONSIDERED UNSERIOUS AND WILL HAVE HIS/HER APPOINTMENT TERMINATED AND GIVEN TO SOME OTHER APPLICANTS ON THE WAITING LIST TO POSSIBLY ENABLE US MEET UP WITH OUR RECRUITMENT NEEDS,

                                    I purchased the volkswagen jetta in july 2008. And after completing 28000 kms the 2 wheels of the car start bubbling after the speed of 40km/hr approx.I inform the same to the dealer of volkswagen (KASHYAP MOTORS P LTD,GREATER NOIDA) but the people over there told me that they are prone to the problem like this and the car must have gone through some big pot hole and the alloy must have bend from there, but i drive my car very safely and i even dont give my car to anybody to drive.They said that you have to purchase the new alloy to sort out this problem.After this i mail the same matter to VOLKSWAGEN INTERNATIONAL and on the next day i got the call from the same dealership that you please bring the car we will recheck it.I went there and they just click the photos of the alloys and said that we will send it to the company but not sure that the alloys will be exchanged under warranty. My car warranty is valid upto 4yrs/100000 lac kms which ever come first.Now after facing this problem i feel cheated as i have spent 17 lacs on this car and didn`t get the quality i expected from the VOLKSWAGEN

                                    VW Jetta — Poor Quality

                                    I had purchased VW JETTA from Swami Automobiles Pvt Ltd,Chandigarh and run approx 73000 KM, however from around 10000 KM its clutch was very much hard.Inspite of telling the Dealer on proper study was conducted by them and now i am unable drive the car and taken the Car to workshop and dealer has informed that its FLY WHEEL, CLUTCH PLATE AND RELEASE BEARING has gone and given the estimate of Rs.55,000/-. It indicates that quality of vehicle is not good or Service Dealer are not fully trained to understand the problem when at regular intervel services are carried out by them.. I RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY THIS BRAND to every body....My contact No.[protected]

                                    VOLKSWAGEN JETTA — poor service

                                    i had purchased volkswagen jetta registration number MH.04.ET. 5998 from GLOBAL GALLARIE MOTORS PVT. LTD Thane, on 31st march 2011. But right side mirror was damaged at the time of purchased, and it was said that it will be replaced. But was not replaced.
                                    Next time when my vehicle was sent for servicing it was said that it will be replaced, but they said mirror is not in stock and will be replaced later. But on 31st oct. 2011 , my vehicle was sent for servicing and was intimated that the mirror will be replaced but they repeated the same that they don't have the stock.
                                    For this minor job they have wasted 12 days. In future for major work don't know how much time they will take. We are not getting proper service regarding, washing, mismanagement, improper staff, improper communication of staff, unavailability of general manager.
                                    Dear Sir /Madam
                                    Hello, I am a proud and loyal owner of VW jetta. I bought Jetta trend line on 2nd June 2011. My car vin no is WVWK101K8AA554565 and Registration no is UK07AK7979. My car has completed 14743 km till now. I have done servicing of my car in regular interval and other maintenance from time to time.
                                    Now I am having an unusual problem in my car. Few months back my driver side wheel (Alloy) colour faded off and black spot appeared on the wheel (alloy). I complained the issue to the dealer and asked them to change the wheel (alloy) under warranty. They said me that for clamming warranty they have to report the matter to higher authority and they can change the wheel (alloy) under warranty only when they will get approval from the head office. They took the photographs of my wheel (alloy) and mailed everything to their head office. After few days I got the phone call from the dealer and the service manager over there told me that they did not got the permission to replace the wheel (alloy) under warranty but they got the permission to paint the wheel (alloy) for free of cost. I agreed on their proposal and they did painting job on my wheel (alloy).
                                    But from past few days I was getting a shaking experience in my steering wheel whenever my car goes above a speed of 60-70 km/hr and I was feeling waving and shaking experience. I thought that my car is waving and shaking because either my wheel alignment is out or my wheels are not balanced. So for wheel alignment and wheel balancing I went to an authorized garage. But when they checked my car and inspected the wheel, they brought to my knowledge that all the four wheels (Alloy) are damaged and they were not fully even in appearance.
                                    I went to VW authorize dealer 30/08/2012 and they investigated my wheels (Alloy) and tried to figure out the cause. They also called the insurance surveyor, but they were not able to find the cause of the damage. The insurance surveyor is saying that since there is no physical damage in car he is not sure that the insurance company will give insurance claim or not. Although he has referred the matter to higher authority.
                                    My car has no physical damage. Neither my cars shockers nor suspensions are damaged. All the systems of my cars are working fine except my wheels (Alloys).
                                    So it is my humble request to you and your renounced company to look in my matter and replace my wheels (alloys) under warranty free of cost because there is no physical damage to my car and its other parts (not a single scratch) and it is due to manufacturing defect that all four (4) wheels (Alloy) lost their shape all together and same defect happened in all four (4) wheels (Alloy) in same time.
                                    ON 31/08/12, I contacted Mr Joshi Surveyor of Bazaj Alliance about the progress of my claim he told me that Insurance Company has refused the claim since it is manufacturing defect. He also told me that he is unable to give me this in writing.
                                    ON 1/9/2012, I got a mail form insurance that the wheel rims cannot get deformed in a single event when there is no other apparent visible accidental damage to any other part and same does not fall under the purview of insurance cover.
                                    I am trying to contact MR Abhishek, Service Manager on his phone but he is not responding and he is neither picking phone. After lot o[censored]nsuccessful call to Mr Abhishek I decided to go service centre myself. I met Mr Abhishek there and asked why he did not pick my call, he gave many excuses. I asked him to replace my wheels under warranty, he gave me same old answer that for clamming warranty they have to report the matter to higher authority and they can change the wheel (alloy) under warranty only when they will get approval from the head office. They took the photographs of my wheel (alloy) and mailed everything to their head office.
                                    But till now i got no answer from the dealer.

                                    Since insurance company is saying the above statement then it means that everything happened due to the bad quality product supplied by VW India then it is the responsibility of a renowned company like Vw to change the wheels under warranty free of cost
                                    So I request to change my wheels


                                    PLEASE HELP ME OUT OR I HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION...
