Volkswagen India — Clutch plate issue

Same as all it is just 21000kms and they are saying this is issue with driving which is no sign of it and suddenly break down and I am traveling with my wife and faced a lot of issues at night and next day I have to go back to important work and have given money of 17500Rs. And replaced the clutch plates. I need to get the refund from volkswagen and want to make sure whenever this happens below 40000kms they should replace for free

Even I have car panel noise from the day one. As they will not allow us to drive until the purchase we cannot test drive and they are not fixing this. If possible better I need all my money back
