I had submitted Volkswagen Taigun for service at Kanpur service center on 2nd January. After receiving it from service center I had noticed engine oil leakage from the car. I called the service manager, and he did not pick up my call, so I informed them on the feedback message. They asked me to bring the car to them. I took my car their next week as I am posted at Bhind (Madhya pradesh) 200km from kanpur, Kanpur is my hometown and due to lack of service centers I get my car serviced at Kanpur service center only. They had serviced it again and assured me that car is totally fine now. But after a couple of days the engine oil started leaking again. As it is very hard for me to run 200km for car service specially in such an adverse situation when engine oil is leaking from the car. So I raised a complaint at VW tollfree number with token number CCR20817883 asking them to get my damage fixed from Gwalior service center as Gwalior is 90Km from Bhind which is half of the distance. Next day I got the call from Mr. Abhishek who is service manager at Volkswagen Kanpur service center, He agreed and asked me to get the car to the Gwalior service center and he will contact them. When I took my car Gwalior service center, they told me that Kanpur service team had "welded a screw a engine oil chamber" instead of changing it to prevent the oil leakage which was totally against the policy VW service. After a couple of days, the oil starts to leak from the same part. Now the Kanpur team is refusing to make payment to Gwalior team and forcing me to bring the car to Kanpur to get fixed. Please help me to get my car fixed at Gwalior service center only because it is very much risky for me to bring it Gwalior to kanpur it's almost 300km. I am an PSU employee I don't get that many leaves too.
