Volkswagen India — Heating problem of polo 1.6l

I have purchased Polo 1.6 petrol in April 2012 Reg.no. is UP-14-BR-6161 from TORQUE VOLKS WAGON, GHAZIABAD, but I am not satisfied the performance of the car, in 27 months this car has gone for repair under break down other than service 9-10 times in workshop.Now I am facing heating problem of the engine.In 2 & half months I faced similar problem, but nobody resolve the permanent solution of this problem.My car is still in workshop from dt.21.06.2014.Every time they excused that spare parts are not available in workshop.

Please suggest should I approach consumer court for redressal of my grievances. as nobody is from your end is
