Bought 2014 model from budha automobile patna, 2016 nov esc abd & steering column defects developed after regular annual maintenance service at the said dealer, no problem before this service. Was rectified after almost 4month. Car handed back to me. Again after 15 days same problem recurred. Presently car is at patna dealership. How & why the same problem occurring? Do i have the right to know? Who will foot the bill? Is vw cheating indian customers because of the laxity of the law enforcement agencies? Do i owe an apology & compensation claims from vw co
