[Resolved] Volkswagen India — No specific labour charges rate (Fraud) and hardly care about the customer satisfaction

Sir with due respect i would like to tell u that with such reputated name like volkswagen, why u guys are frauding people? There is no specific rates for your labour charges.. When i ask the reception lady to give me the labour rate list as provided to you by the company, she refuses that sorry sir we dont have any rate list... They dont bothered about your car, spairs, anything.. # off these guys..
