Volkswagen India — Polo GT Mechatronics not available since 1.5 month

I am having a Polo GT Model 2017 DL2CAQ3357 in which I faced some gear shift issues on 7th October. I immediately drove the car to the VW Service centre Behrampur Road, Gurugram. On reaching the service centre, a test drive was done but no issues were found. But still the service centre has updated the system settings which took almost 4 hours and the car was handed to me. On driving back, I again faced the same gear shift issues and called the service centre and my car was picked up on the same day.

After some screening the next day, I was told that Mechatronics of the Gearbox is having some issues and we have to replace that. Now it has been more than one month, parts are not available at the service center and my car is still lying with them. I informed them to replace the part the very next day itself, but part is still not available with the service centre.

Such a pathetic experience with POLO GT as I had already spent 1.4 lakhs on the repair of Gearbox last year and now Mechatronix is not working and on top of it, it is not available with the Service centre also.
