[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — poor performance after 10500 service and non attendance of complaint

After the service we come to know there is engine raising during idle run/ went to the service center for repair refused to underatke the repair and demanding for fresh repair

I am getting oil leak from engine it covers under warranty but they are asking me to pay I want a clarification about that matter i think that they are trying to escape from warranty’s and doing me to be a fool please clarify me
