[Resolved] Volkswagen India — regarding battery complaint of a new vento car

I have purchased volkswagen vento tid in january 2016, i left my car for bodyshop worl 5 days back, now today service advisor called me saying your battery is dead suddenly and you need to purchase new battery for 7500rs else you can not take your vehicle home. When i called vw customer care, they said they only give 1 year warranty for battery, when i called service centre, they told me it happens all the time, its not our fault and do whatever u can. So now either i have to purchase new battery from them or wait for service centre to provide me logical answer regarding the same. How it suddenly happened today only, i even dont have any document regarding battery, as they have not provided me
