I Mr I v Reddy bearing vehicle no: AP31BN 5175 (POLO PETROL VERSION) purchased in 2011 March . And after 1 year i gave for annual maintenance servicing and one complaint raised regarding steering wheel stucking problem. i brought it the servicing centre notice . they have not entered in the Demand service. they told that it was perfect . it was continued like that . after 2 nd year again i have given complaint reagrding the same matter, , , then they opened the steering wheel, airbag and reassembled again. then also they certified that it was working properly.every year we are bringing it to the notice of the service centre . But it is in vain . In 2015, the Dealer has changed and a new dealer has come. when we gave it in 2015 for servicing, they checked and they put in demand repair .. Again they told, it is working properly . recently when i gave for servicing in september 2016, they finally told that u have to replace the total steering system and it also came to ur notice . after that they told that it costs around 60000/- rupees, in which i have to bear 50000/-rupees .. another 10000/- will be given discount .
From the starting day of purchasing my vehicle, i have been facing this problem and after every warrant was over, from ur side, you are telling that that part is having problem. From the dealer side, they are not responding properly to solve this problem.
I am attching the service receipts to this mail id.. if it will not be solved in a few days, i will go to consumer court.
