When I drive my car first time after I got it serviced from Auto marks, Andheri East Mumbai, recently, it broke down after running only for 20 kms.
After several attempts, I could reach the Advisor of Automarks, then was told to get the car towed to their service centre.
I had to face a very rude behaviour of the advisor, when I asked the route cause.
Finally, was given to understand that the break down is due to failure of some electrical component, which will cause me INR 24, 000 additionally.
I had driven this car 26000 Kms only and never faced any problem till I got it serviced from Auto marks. It's time for Volkswagen to look into customers complaints and try to maintain their brand image in this competitive world. Was this information helpful? |
This is in continuation to my earlier complaint, I have a very strong feeling that my car was deliberately messed up by someone in Auto Mark, as it is lying there since Saturday morning, and despite my several calls no one had a courtesy to update about the root cause of electric component failure and further time required to repair it.
I am forced to relaize that I made a mistake not only when I bought Volkswagen but also when gave it for annual service maintenance to Auto Mark.
I hope someone from Volkswagen will be considering customers complaint seriously and will take necessary actions to avoid any mental and financial harassment to customers.
