Volkswagen India — Taigun 1.0 MT clutch issue in 4,000 kms

My car clutch broke down at 4, 000 kms and after getting it fixed at the service centre again it got burnt in 4, 000 kms
Vw has refused to honour warranty.
The dealership is refusing Technical evaluation for the car and saying that this will not be covered under warranty even though the issue has come back again.
