This is in regards to the incident which happened on the 22nd july 2019 that my car met with a small accident on the highway while coming back from jaipur. It was almost 8 in the night while i contacted the roadside assistance to tough my car. The individual on call asked me do online payment standing on the highway without which he would not be able to send the crane. My mother and me stood alone on the highway at night for almost 3 hours waiting for the crane did online payment. I seriously regret investing my money on such a company where there is such unethical behaviour, and what pathetic service is the company providing. Such a ruthless behaviour. My question is if i am sending my car for repair, can i not pay that amount there? I mean what kind of negligence is being trained to the employees.
Second, yet again its been 2 weeks now the car is in the gurugram service station. I visited the service station just next day of the incident and they said they would repair it within 1 week. Till date, the work has not been initiated yet. The company charges a huge amount on regular service, or for any part but i must say the service delivery is zero. What kind of image do you portray?
