[protected]@gmail.com Address: 138, vivekananda nagar, pangode, thirumala post, trivandrum Vehicle no: kl 01 bh 3064 Bought the car, vento, in 2012.in few months it showed glow lamp signal. The evm service centre, trivandrum did not find any defect. Later also i had noticed the complaints twice. As the service center could not rectify the defect/s, i have reported to customer care as well as to the promoter, whom i know otherwise. Then only the service center could repair it. Later also i have seen the lamp. As i the service center didnot let me know any defects noticed in this regard, i just ignored. Recently on my way back from a long trip, glow lamp appeared, speed dropped immediately from around 100 to 40 kmph. When i showed to a nearest workshop on the roadside, it was told only one cylinder was damaged. I was advised to drive slowly. Accordingly i have driven more than 250kms to reach the vehicle to the service center. Bu at the service center it was diagnosed that 3 cylinders were damaged. For replacing 3 cylinders i was billed 82 000.00. From my experience, i strongly believe that i was given a defective vehicle. I have selected this vehicle for german technology. I have not expected to give complaints even in few months. My request is to give defect free complete vehicle. As it is a product defect the money spent may be reimbursed.
