[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Vento ecu glow plug problem | |||||
This is to inform you that i have a vento diesel highline and my car is in my company's name (Black stone). My car gave up on me on a middle of a road on 24th march 2017 because of the glowplug issue and it wasn't starting after that at all. This issue was happening to my car in the very 2nd year of my car and when i complained to my service station they said they will check it out and after a brief search they couldn't find the problem and the problem vanished for few months waiting to hit back again and it did. But the service people are so not qualified for their job cuz they really don't knw how to help or how to solve an issue and this is happening because the hq of vw is not educating or teaching them how to fix a goddamn car. Its been 2 months and i still don't have my car, the calcutta service advisers specially biswajit gupta and service stations are way below mark and the most pathetic technical and mechanical department which is good for nothing. So instead of giving me a new car they are just postponing till my blood boils up and now they are telling me to come see the car, so should i see my car and do what. If it was in my hand i would totally sue this company for major fraud. I have done everything in my power to get my car back but still u guys are just not able to fix a mechanical issue. My car number is wb02ag7975 and it's in the name of black stone. Im sorry to say this but i need help in this situation and i wanna hold those people responsible who never gave me a clear picture regarding anything and keeping me on bloody loop...
