Very bad experience at hyderabad PPS MOTORS SERVICE CENTER
I have called up pps motors manikonda on service center for service appointment. Ms. Susmitha offered a service which will cover 2 year service for 19500/-. Even after asking multiple times if the offer will cover all the service included in general service, she said yes and assured the same. Later Sunil kumar advisor spoke with me and told that AC disinfection service will not be covered under this offer.
He kept on arguing but never spoke with the lady who talked me into this offer and sorted this out. And after service they damaged the head lights switch knob and denied that they haven't done that. Car was not at all cleaned, could find dust everywhere. Service was offered with free pickup and drop as part of the offer, still during drop driver demanded some extra money saying he went the wrong way. When spoke with the advisor Sunil he accepted cleaning was not done properly and offered cleaning kit. Never expected such a pathetic experience from such a reputed volkswagen.
