[Resolved] Volkswagen India — Volkswagen vento issues | |||||
Dear Team, The complaint is with regard to the quality issues associated with the volkswagen car services. I had purchased volkswagen Vento in 2013 (car no. HR 29 AE 7951). Find below the Issues faced: 1. The coolent belt in the car was damaged only in a run of only 50, 000 kms and we are charged extra for its replacement. The belt has a minimum life of 90, 000 kms. How can the belt be so bad in quality to have damaged early? 2. I gave the car for service at Faridabad service centre on 12 October and got the car back after servicing after 3 long days on 15 October. 3. On purchase of the car, we were told by the sales person to opt for AMC and you will not be charged for the maintainance services. We pay for the AMC every month in advance. However, we are still charged for the same. If we are still to pay for the services, what do you guys really mean by AMC? We are so dissatisfied with the services provided.
