I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a serious and persistent issue with my Volkswagen Virtus 2023 model. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have experienced a consistent delay in acceleration response, which poses a significant safety risk — especially in traffic situations where immediate acceleration is critical to avoid collisions.
Despite multiple visits to your service center, the issue remains unresolved. The technicians have test-driven the vehicle and repeatedly claimed there is no problem, yet the delayed throttle response continues to occur. This has left me feeling frustrated, exhausted, and concerned for my safety and that of others on the road.
I respectfully request one of the following resolutions:
A thorough diagnostic and replacement of any faulty components contributing to the acceleration delay.
If the issue cannot be resolved, a replacement of the vehicle.
