Hello Team,

I have been facing terrible service experience with KUN VW Alanthur, Chennai.

I recently gave my VW polo for general service, but what I got in return was a damaged car, they literally broke the car gear knob, and there were additional
Scratchers on the bonnet. It is almost 6 months now still they have not fixed the issue. After these many months now the general manager is saying we can’t fix your gear know it’s very costly, we don’t have any old vehicles to change the spare from that car to your car. Is this what VW is doing for all the customer taking from a old car and changing the spares? And this is the not the first time during last year service they damaged the audio system and when they told they are ready to replace they took a old system from some other vehicle and replaced it . After I found it was old and questioned them they replaced it with new. And it took almost a year to replace. The question here is when the car is given for general service why other car body parts are being damaged. This adds more to the frustration in the year the car has being standstill at customer service centre for more than 3 months.
