[Resolved]  Volkswagen India — Taigun - Clutch failure in just 11K kms.

I am Aswin Kumar, Resident of Chennai,
In the month of August, 2022 I bought VW Taigun High line MT.
Vehicle Number : TN45 CB 5419

The reason I opt for Volkswagen, for its quality, safety and reliability of car.

But on the contrary, while I was driving in Highway I felt some clutch problem so I took the car to the nearest showroom. They have checked and updated me that the clutch plate is burnt and its needs to be replaced with new One.

Its very surprising to know that the clutch plate is burnt as I drove only 11, 000 KMs. As Volkswagen is a renowned brand and its questioning on the quality on the product.

This is a second incident which I have faced after buying the car in a span of 8 months. First one was a excessive engine noise and from service center they mentioned its a manufacturing defect related to Fuel pump and they have replaced it. Now the clutch Problem.

I'm very dissatisfied with the quality of the car which Volkswagen has delivered to Indian customers. I need a response from the Volkswagen India

As its questioning safety of me and my family, I would like to avail a refund for my car.
