Volkswagen India — VW Trivandrum Service - Parts Order and service delay

I gave my VW POLO (KL-16-G-6101) to Volkswagen Trivandrum on 25th May 2022 with a breakdown issue. After diagnosis of 2 weeks they pinpointed the issue and informed me that ABS MODULE needs to be replaced and needs to be ordered. I gave the advance of INR 20, 000 to order the item on 1st June 2022.
I told them to make sure that the issue is due to ABS Module and they took one more week to confirm, I was ok with it; and finally on 7th June the Service advisor Mr.Amal informed me that he had ordered the item, it is available in Bangalore and would reach here within 5 days.
I called the Service Advisor on 13th June to check the status, he informed me that he tracked it and it would reach the Service Center by 14th June Afternoon. I tried calling the service advisor on 14th June but did not respond to the call.
Today on 15th June when I called him again he informed me that the order is CANCELLED and is now reflecting as backorder and will be delayed further as the part needs to be delivered from GERMANY and there is no ETA available. The fact that I was asked to pay the advance makes it even more serious and even after 15 days of paying the advance they do not know where the part is and when it will reach.
This is not acceptable from Volkswagen India and Volkswagen Service Center, Trivandrum . How can a customer trust and give his car to such an irresponsible dealership, where they are saying that the order of a part is cancelled after one week. It's been 3 weeks since I gave my vehicle to VW Trivandrum and I am highly disappointed with this delay in parts availability.
Please look into it and expedite the order and service process.
