[Resolved] Voltas — AC

I Ashish Khemka purchased new Window 3 star AC from Electric Appliances Center in Amritsar on dated 01-Apr-2019. Since the day I have purchased this AC I have been filing multiple complaints but the AC is not doing cooling at all. I have contacted the service center and the person do visit but they dont resolve the issue, just do basic cleaning service and leave. As I have been facing this issue since Day1, I have raised a issue to change it with new one but they didnt responded back. Worst!!! Worst!!! Worst!!! In my recent complaint, the service center team contacted o multiple calls within half an hour just to ensure If I would pay service charges or not! They visited us and not even touched the electronic and started claiming for Visiting charges of 350 rupees.
