[Resolved] Voltas — Ac cooling problem

I am writing this letter again since my AC cooling problem is not resolved yet. I have made a request to short out my voltas Ac cooling problems due to Gas refueling on 23 May with request number [protected] . Engineer did not short out this problem but they closed my request three times. I called many times to the service provider centre "Raj Engineering corporation Gorakhpur" but they are not giving any proper response and showing very unprofessional behavior.
