Voltas Ac — Non Cooling

Dear Sir/Mam I have filed a complaint #[protected] with Voltas Costumer Care for split A/C installed 25 days back and after that on 16 Jun 2014 it stoped doing Cooling I lodge a complaint on same day .Its being 7 days and now no one is entertaining my query nor service desk guys.please look into the matter and help...
