[Resolved]  Voltas — AC was emitting water from inside and the entire pelmet work has to be redone

First of all my installation was delayed by 6 days where the technician refused to attend me for a long time and kept ignoring my calls. Later I sent a complaint regarding him for not attending my installation request. But later I was assigned the same technician for the installation. The AC Installation work got finally done by him and the he gave a word that there wouldn’t be any leakage. But it has started leaking and the AC has started throwing water inside the house. I again called the Service Centre to provide another technician for this problem. The new technician came and had to uproot the entire wooden pelmet work behind the AC and found that the work done by the previous installation technician was faulty because of which the wooden pelmet has become wet and the entire work of pelmet and the painting has to be redone. I’m attaching the quotation given by my interior designer to get the entire work done. I am not going to bear the charges of this repair work. Please get it refunded or else I might have to escalate the matter to a higher level. I’m sick and tired of this service given to me by the company. Looking forward to a prompt response.
