I have registered complained about water leakage on 21st march 2019. The technician who came for the service was completely unknown to the product. He doesn't know how to open the ac and he used sheer force to open and close the unit. Due to that, the front blower blades are also damaged now. I asked him to please fix that then he said it will automatically adjust when the ac will work for an hour. But when i run the ac it was again draining the water constantly more than before and blades are also kept breaking. After my constant calling the technician came again and did the same thing with ac unit, and this time he didn't even close the unit properly when i asked him, he said he cannot fix this and he will send some senior person to look into this issue. After that, i called voltas service station and the technician 10 times and no one responded back and with each call, they are opening a new request, without understanding the concern.

Please do the needful and fix the issue asap.
I have video as evidence that the technician was using force and do not have knowledge of the product and if this request is not being taken seriously i will register complained in consumer court.
