[Resolved] Voltas — amc charges

We have issued a cheque as amc charges chq dated 1st apr 2018 (For window ac) but cheque not present in my account till date. Already call 3-4 to voltas customer care from last 15 days but all times we have not receive any concrete reason for not present my cheque.
