My struggle with Voltas Beko continues even today. They have the worst customer service ever seen. They said that a new machine has been shipped. But, it has been shopping for last 2 weeks. Neither the customer service nor the local managers know where it has reached.
Every day when I call their customer service, I get the same answer that a person will call. But, from the day I have launched the complaint, no one has called me back from their end.
The thing that baffles me is that there is zero follow up. I understand that due to COVID there might be shortage of parts and also replacement machines. But, have the courtesy to follow up and update the status.
