Have been complaining about nonfunctional deep freezer chamber of my Voltas Beko Refrigerator 533 L since Sunday (02/03/2024), but the same has not been repaired as yet. First service Technician visited, stayed for 20-30 mts, but didn't do anything, as he couldn't repair the fault. Dear Madam/Sir, I have purchased a VoltasBeko Dishwasher in 2020 for INR 44000/- in Vijayawada through SRR E CITY, D.NO[protected], SAI SIVAPURI COMPLEX, MUSIUM ROAD, VIJAYAWADA 520002.
I got issue with dishwasher on 15 Nov 2023 and lodged a service request (ticket id: [protected]) with VoltasBeko customer service. They approached me after 5days, charged me INR 600/- although the issue is not resolved. They simply closed the ticket....

My refrigerator complete as above is registered for month now...company puts blame on service agency and agency puts blame on service engineer...gr8 team work.

Never we had such experience inthe past with our old refrigerator.

I wish that this company should be reward for their fantastic performance with hefty penalty and immediate closers....

Voltas beko service is very bad is not service on time and not conversation is bad...

I bought your Voltas Beko 8kg top load washing machine in Sept'22 last year. Now some plastic parts are broken so I requested the service call. I received the estimate from your service partner in which the part is merely of Rs. 60/- & for the same you are levying the labor cost of Rs. 590/-. Isn't it inappropriate? Isn't it shameful to loot your customer by levying so much heavy labour cost for the part which is not actually that much costly....

I had placed a complaint regarding my Voltas Beko front load washing machine on 11th May 2023 req no. [protected] for which i paid SR [protected] is Rs. 590 for visiting charges. After that technician suggested that drum inside the washing machine is broken. have to install new drum. and will be sharing estimate for the drum.

and till the date they haven't repaired my washing machine telling that part is not available.br...
