I am writing to escalate my ongoing issue with my Voltas Beko front load washing machine, purchased on July 16, 2023, from DAWNTECH ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED through Amazon.in. The washing machine has not been functioning since July 2024, and despite multiple complaints and service visits, the problem remains unresolved.

Summary of Communication:
Since initiating my complaint, I have taken the following steps:
I have contacted the customer care at [protected] approximately 20 times, only to be told that the complaint was resolved without an actual fix being implemented.
I have reached out to the local dealer, Sri Durga Parmeshwari ([protected]), making 21 calls from my number and 35 calls from my spouse's number with very few responses (6 and 8 answered calls, respectively).
I spoke with Mr. Abdul (for arranging spares) on 9 occasions, receiving only 5 responses and similarly with the technician Mr. Harish on 11 occasions, with 6 answered calls.
Additionally, I attempted to contact Mr. ASM JYOTHI at [protected] concerning spare parts with similar communication challenges.
Despite the machine still being under warranty, I have experienced inadequate support and service throughout this process. It has now been nearly two months since my initial complaint, and the situation remains dire.
Request for Action:
I kindly urge you to facilitate the repair of my washing machine within 2 days. If it is not feasible to repair the device, I request a replacement with a new unit at your earliest convenience.
Please understand that I have exhausted my resources and patience in attempting to resolve this situation. I strive for effective communication, and I hope you can assist in rectifying this matter promptly.
