I am complaining about my refrigerator.

Sir, I have purchase a new Voltas double door refrigerator in 05.03.2021 which is not working properly ever after many time of complain to Voltas service centre although complain was attended yet still not functioning and cooling properly and at present has stopped working.
It is therefore requested that this defective piece may please be exchanged and fresh provided to satisfy the customer. May refrigerator was under warranty....

        Bought in 2022. Machine is making a lot of noise while spinning. After complaint was booked the service engineer visit the machine. Within 2 days the same problem will start. Service centre will take it for inspection at there site. They change the drum. This has been going on for a year. Last time service engineer recommended for replacement since the machine is under warranty, but the company rejected the recommendation.

          1.Firstly this machine is not fully automatic in as much as it does not select anything by itself. It completes a factory set operation, irrespective of its load. This was a mis-sale by the Vijay Sales Sales personnel as it was sold to me as "fully automatic machine" but it is semi-automatic.
          2. initially we had seen that while the machine drew water, it stopped by itself and when restarted it completed the full cycle. this defect was rectified by changing water level sensor switch and water inlet valve.
          3. Once the spinning is over you get an entangled bunch of clothes as if each one is tied to the other. today while we washed window curtains, we found all of them torn.
          4. it is therefore requested that Vijay Sales, Vasai replace this machine.

            I am writing to escalate my ongoing issue with my Voltas Beko front load washing machine, purchased on July 16, 2023, from DAWNTECH ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED through Amazon.in. The washing machine has not been functioning since July 2024, and despite multiple complaints and service visits, the problem remains unresolved.

            Summary of Communication:
            Since initiating my complaint, I have taken the following steps:

            I have contacted the customer care at [protected] approximately 20 times, only to be told that the complaint was resolved without an actual fix being implemented.

            I have reached out to the local dealer, Sri Durga Parmeshwari ([protected]), making 21 calls from my number and 35 calls from my spouse's number with very few responses (6 and 8 answered calls, respectively).

            I spoke with Mr. Abdul (for arranging spares) on 9 occasions, receiving only 5 responses and similarly with the technician Mr. Harish on 11 occasions, with 6 answered calls.

            Additionally, I attempted to contact Mr. ASM JYOTHI at [protected] concerning spare parts with similar communication challenges.
            Despite the machine still being under warranty, I have experienced inadequate support and service throughout this process. It has now been nearly two months since my initial complaint, and the situation remains dire.

            Request for Action:
            I kindly urge you to facilitate the repair of my washing machine within 2 days. If it is not feasible to repair the device, I request a replacement with a new unit at your earliest convenience.

            Please understand that I have exhausted my resources and patience in attempting to resolve this situation. I strive for effective communication, and I hope you can assist in rectifying this matter promptly.

            I appreciate your immediate attention to this issue and look forward to your response.

                I have bought 2 ton AC from TATACLIQ along with 5 years AMC. Wet service using spray machine has been denied by local service team in Goa citing they don't provide spray machine and do such service with wet cloth.

                This was very surprising and when complaint made to Service Head vide [protected], same has been closed unprofessionally.

                    Have been complaining about nonfunctional deep freezer chamber of my Voltas Beko Refrigerator 533 L since Sunday (02/03/2024), but the same has not been repaired as yet. First service Technician visited, stayed for 20-30 mts, but didn't do anything, as he couldn't repair the fault. Yesterday again, one new Technician visited, but did not bring sufficient equipments to either open the Deep freezer chamber or diagnose the exact fault. He however said that he would visit today in the evening with exact instrument for finding exact fault. Additionally, he directed to keep the whole Refrigerator closed for overnight, so that today he could open the Chamber easily and wash it clean for the debris deposited therein. However, he did not turn up at all. I had an important meeting about which I had informed this Technician yesterday, stating him that in case I was not home, my servant would do needful for him to get to repair the Refrigerator. But, while I returned home now, I learnt noone visited to repair the Refrigerator. When I phoned the Workshop in Bareilly, the supervisor informed that the Technician sent yesterday had gone on leave, hence they deputed new Technician, who phoned me during afternoon. As I was in an important Meeting, and no phone was permitted inside the Hall, I had no way to communicate, as I remained under impression the Technician who had visited us yesterday, knows my schedule and would be able to manage with help of our house-help for whatever he needed for repairing the Refrigerator.
                    Since, Bareilly Workshop deputed again a 3rd new Techinician, who phoned me directly without coordinating repairing works carried out by yesterday Technician, and since I could not take any calls due to my urgent meeting going on at the same time. this Techinician did not visit at all. Hence, whole day keeping Refrigerator off without any even 4 0C cooling spoilt the food materials inside and wasted so much of my stored things, besides wasting my time and efforts in contacting and communicating for repair of Refrigerator Deep Freezer Chamber.
                    This way Bareilly workshop is pretending to depute new Technician each time, who are good for nothing. They are not competent enough to diagnose exact fault in the Refrigerator, and have failed utterly in repair the fault in upper Deep freezer Chamber of my Refrigerator.
                    Voltas Beko authorities should note this lapse on their part and initiate immediate necessary action to correct the same.

                        I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience we have had with our Voltas Beko fridge.

                        Within months after purchase, we discovered a malfunction in the freezer of our fridge, along with non-functioning alarm sensors. This has significantly affected the chillness of both compartments, resulting in the spoilage of our food items. We promptly registered a complaint with your customer service, providing comprehensive details about the issue.

                        A technician visited our residence weeks ago to address the problem. Unfortunately, the visit was far from satisfactory. The technician arrived unprepared, without prior knowledge of our specific problem or the necessary items for repair or replacement. This unprofessional behaviour was unexpected, especially considering the reputable brand that Voltas Beko is known to be.

                        Upon inspection, the technician informed us that the fridge requires a replacement for its sensor and freezer board, which is alarming given that the appliance is not even a year old. We expected a high standard of quality and reliability when we invested in your product, and the current situation falls short of our expectations.

                        What adds to our frustration is the lack of communication and follow-up from your end. It has been weeks since the service visit, and we have not received any updates or resolutions. Despite our efforts to reach out and remind your customer care, the responses have been unresponsive and cold, leaving us feeling helpless.

                        To exacerbate matters, this is not the first instance of disappointment with your services. When we initially purchased this product, we had to wait for more than a month for a demo. This delay occurred after multiple attempts to contact your team, and it was a significant inconvenience.

                        Given the continuous deterioration of our fridge and the prolonged inconvenience, we kindly request immediate attention to this matter. Kindly requesting you to provide us a refund if possible.

                        We hope for a swift and positive resolution to this issue, as the current state is causing undue stress and inconvenience in our household. As loyal customers, we urge you to address these concerns promptly and uphold the standards we expect from the Voltas Beko brand.

                          Dear Madam/Sir, I have purchased a VoltasBeko Dishwasher in 2020 for INR 44000/- in Vijayawada through SRR E CITY, D.NO[protected], SAI SIVAPURI COMPLEX, MUSIUM ROAD, VIJAYAWADA 520002.
                          I got issue with dishwasher on 15 Nov 2023 and lodged a service request (ticket id: [protected]) with VoltasBeko customer service. They approached me after 5days, charged me INR 600/- although the issue is not resolved. They simply closed the ticket. I keep on contact the local Voltas ASM via voice call as well as whatsapp. They came couple of times and just going without resolving the issue. Voltas promised me to provide customer service at the time of purchase. Now, VoltasBeko do not want to support although issue occurred 40 days ago and they are not responding.

                          Please help me so that VoltasBeko will support. Please note the product age is 2.5years from the date of purchase. I have attached the bill copy for your reference.
