However, I am deeply disappointed with the response and handling by your service team. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. The technicians either do not show up as scheduled or provide inadequate support without any lasting solution. This lack of accountability and unprofessional conduct is unacceptable, especially from a reputed brand like Voltas. Beko
I kindly request the following:
Immediate resolution of the technical issue with the refrigerator.
If repair is not viable, a prompt replacement or refund as per warranty terms.
Action against the negligent behavior of the service staff.
