Purchased Washing Machine Voltas W/M WT8512VAA/BPG JHD from Japan Sales 212, Usha Nagar, Ranjeet Hanuman Road, Indore Tel no.[protected] dated 5th Oct 2025.
Machine purchased against our old machine LG Semi automatic 6.5 KG, delivered around 5 PM and collected my old washing machine.
Monday dated 6th Oct 2025 received a call from Mob. no. [protected] Mr. Vishwas (service engineer) for demo and fixed time in the evening around 4 PM.
Service Person came at given time and unpack system, found two scratches on system, gave demo and told that three year warranty on machine and i[censored]se heating water function then will take at least three and half hours for complete wash.
At the time of purchase, the sales person told me that the machine has a five year warranty.
Overall we are totally dissatisfied with the product.
Monday evening I personally visited a Japanese sales showroom and deeply requested to take back the machine due to total dissatisfaction with the product features.
The Sales Person clearly refused and was unable to help anything even when told about warranty wrong commitment.
Today dated 7th Oct 2025 time morning 09:52 AM received a call from mobile no. [protected] and himself introduces Voltas engineer and wants to come for a demo. Told him that yesterday an engineer came and gave a demo and no more demo required. Then he called very badly and misbehaved and asing for providing OTP. I was shocked by such behaviour and clearly told them that we do not want this system and contacted the showroom to return the product. He disconnected the call.
Overall I am totally dissatisfied with this product and customer service engineer behaviour. We purchased this product as a very good make in India product.
Now requesting to take this product back and return my full amount along with an old washing machine LG semi automatic 6.5 Kg in perfect working condition.
