Voltas Beko — Complaint regarding insufficient cooling and food veg spoilage | |||
I have purchased voltas beko bottom mount refrigerator on march 2021 model RBM365DXBCF 3months ago Food and vegetables are getting sploiled in merely 2days, i have raised a complaint regarding this on 4 times, all the four technocians that came for vist recommended to set temperature 1 visit recommended to set 4degrees, 2nd visit technicians recommended 5 degree set temp on ref compartment, 3rd visit. Recommended 6 degree for ref compartment, 4th visit technicians reset the pcb to factory settings and told me i should maintain set temperature of 8 degrees, till now no one address and fixed the spoilage issue of vegetables and fruit, We are completely disappointed with the service of refrigerator Voltas beko, all our preserved food/groceries is getting spoiled in 2days, Now the issue still persists and we wasted our time by calling customer care/technicians, need to escalate to high level as there are any good technical expertise who can analyse issue correctly and give proper resolution? If we are not happy with the resolution why your team forcing us to share secret code? Please get my issue rectified asap, its already delayed and unable to preserve food/groceries.
