I had raised request for my Dishwasher which has stopped washing. The request number is [protected]. The request was logged on 29th June 2023. This request was assigned to Innovation Cool Engineering in Pune. Service center # [protected].
The service center does not have any good technician. The first technician came and said PCB board is damaged due to water leakage. There was no water leakage in the machine. Then he said it might have been damaged due to voltage. As I was not convinced asked for aligning different technician. New technician was aligned after 3 days and multiple follow-ups and escalation. New technician now identified the issue with motor.
I have warranty on motor for machine for 12 years. Shared the documents with the technician. Inspite of this technician raised motor request as out of warranty. Showed the dealer the documents and now he says he will have to cancel the request and I need to raise new request for ordering motor under warranty. I did not agree to this.
Dropped a mail to [protected]@voltasbekho.com with all the documents. Did not receive any response from them. Just a mail informing the Innovation Cool Engineering to close this request ASAP.
Called call center today (17th July 2023) and got to know the service center has closed the ticket. Call center person reopened the ticket and assigned back to same dealer.
Asked the call center person that I need to talk to senior person. Call center person said that she can not do it.
Stuck with this product and dealer from last 17 days with no resolution. Was this information helpful? |
