I have purchased a new washing machine of voltas beko. I booked a request of installation req no - [protected]. The technician visited and installed the Machine but it start leaking water and was leaking even when machine is off.
The tech said that he will change the faulted part and will fix the problem and said he will come after 7 days. Its been 10 days, I keep calling and technician doesn't respond. Then I again called service center and they said we book a new request as we have no records of earlier complaint.
Now they booked a new complain (SR.no [protected]).
Now Its again 12th day and Still no response. No Call/message. I daily call customer care and send email for followup. No reply/messages from your side.
Do you guys even care about this? New washing machine comes faulty. And I am chasing you guys like it was my problem.
What will I do of this machine after winters are over. If this not resolved I am going to complaint a Fraud case in ConsumerCourt for false warranty. Was this information helpful? |
