Voltas Beko — Pcb board not change of Voltas beko refrigerator by voltas beko technician

Hi I'm a consumer of voltas beko refrigerator .The pcb board found default when checked by technician .So I need to change that default part of refrigerator.
But The technician worng charge to pay about this
So please solve my problem as soon as possible
