I have old parents at home and they need refrigerator food and cool water in this hot summer. I purchased a bottom mount, double door refrigerator in October 2020. The upper portion is not cooling and I lodge a complaint on 05.05.2022. After repeated reminders, one engineer turned up on 10.05.2022 and expressed the issue is due to reduction in gas levels and that he would be informing the office to send someone in 2 days. I continued calling the customer care ever since and yesterday, after I demanded for immediate service, another engineer called and said that the problem may not be gas levels and he would visit today, 17.05.2022 without fail. I waited until EOD and called him why he did not visit yet. He requested me to remind me tomorrow about the pending service. Are these acceptable service standards? Sweet talk, apologies, and false assurances by call center executives is adding salt to the wounds. Was this information helpful? |
