The 13 month old refrigerator door fell on 15.05.2023 and till now no solution. Technician visited, complaint assigned to Prince Enterprise, then Jeeves Consumer but no outcome.
The dealer Paras Enterprise, Service Manager (Ankush) and Area Service Manager (Mohit Singla) all are being contacted after many calls. Earlier it was told that door shall be replaced but in last telephonic communication it seems they said that it will be repaired (change of hinges).
The main door which fell has developed dents and also the lower one too. Moreover, the technician, service manager, dealer all make me feel that it's mishandling by me and my family not a defect. The refrigerator is at the same place since last thirteen months and normal daily handling/operations was done as we did to past refrigerators from childhood.
Voltas customer care has no botheration towards customer's inconvenience. My hard earned money in this product is totally lost. Was this information helpful? |
