It is brought to your notice that I bought a Voltas Beko fridge of 340 Liters from your Bajaj Electronics shop on 4th June'21 for Rs.33, 000/-.
The piece is on a two-year warranty. It was delivered to my residence on 5th June 2022, and your representative familiarized me with its settings and operations.
On 04th April 2022, it was observed that there was a cooling issue & water started dripping from the fridge continuously. Post which I reached on your Voltas Beko Customer Care number & explained the problem. Your technician came home & informed us that there is a PCB board issue & compressor is fine. He told me will place an order for the spare & will replace it in 3-4 days. No one turned up & again called up the customer care & gave the local service center number. When I called him he said it would take another 1 week. Now after escalating to Voltas Beko call center, they assured it will be closed by 14th Apr'22. After repeated follow ups the engineer came on 16th Apr'22 & told that there is a compressor issue. Now it's almost 2-3 weeks gone & now new timeline for compressor ordering & replacement.
I have tried reaching your service-staff/customer care for the past 1-2 week to 10 days with no response. I am not satisfied with the repairs undertaken. Since the piece is on warranty and the problem is persistent, I request you to replace it with a fully-serviceable one at the earliest.
